make these M F's to stop calling me

I recieved a call from this number also.. Very weird.. No voice or sound or anything.

I just got a call from this number.  When I answered I heard a recorded message telling me to press 1 to be included in Google's 411 business directory, or press 2 to opt out.  I hung up.  When I called back, the line was busy.

I just got a call from them, but I didn't answer.  Weirdos. O_o

I received a call from 603-214-3540 just now. The caller left a message and it's a creepy sounding guy pushing a message about forclosure legislation. I wish I would stop getting these calls. If they want to push propaganda, they need to do it the right way and avoid harassing people on their personal cell phones.

I also keep getting calls from 603-214-3540 at all time of the day and night. I wish I knew how to make it stop. It is frustrating that some where they get our numbers and there is nothing we can do about it.

I just got a call it was dead silence.

I got a call from them too. They wanted me to call and activate a bank card from a bank I don't belong to. Phishing if you ask me.

Got a call from 603-214-3540 repeatedly.  When I ask to be removed form there list they just hang up and keep calling. When i call that number back it's always busy. I was able to find out the provider who gave them the number. The provide gave me a contact person and phone number: David Nelson, 503-226-4444. When I call that number an automatic voice tells the company name as '<b>TM Caller ID LLC</b>'. You can leave your number and request not be be called. I filed a complain at the https://www.donotcall.gov/ since they disregard the Do-Not-call list.

I got a call from this number yesterday while I was in class.. im annoyed.

This stupid Credit scam just called me early in morning.

they called me, i answerd and said hello 3 times about 15 seconds total on the phone, they never said a word and hung up on me

Same thing here -- got the call, didn't answer, and no message.  WTF?!?!?

I'm a teenager and just now I got a call from the number (603)214-3540. Never seen the area code, so I just ignored it. I'm actually glad I never set up a voicemail box because I don't give a crap if they give me a message or not.
If they call again, or call repeatedly, I will file a complaint with whichever the city the call is coming from. And, I might sue them for scamming, or attempted scam, or something similar that is illegal or can be sued.

just called me too... I asked how they got the number and they just hung up on me....

Let it ring as I didn't recognize the #. No voice message was left. This shyte get's old.

I did not know the number so I did not answer it.  I then went to my computer to see who's number it was and realized I am so glad I did not answer it!  

I think I have been through this scam before so I kept calling them to get my number taken off, but I think it made it worse!  So one day I had a few hours sitting in a waiting room and I dialed the "if you do not want us to call you again" blah blah  actually I found out you just redial the number that called you.. and I spammed them back!  I have not had a call in a couple of weeks and then I got this call.  Thank goodness I did not answer!

I filed a complaint as well. They just called me 10 mins ago.

This number called me and left this voicemail:

"Hello, This is Anne From Account Services with some good news. In the recent months the Federal Reserve has lowered the interest rates as a stimulus to help the economy. This is your official notice that effective today you are now eligible to lower your Credit Card Interest rates, to as low as 4.9%, in order to lock in your lower credit card rates. You need to respond immediately before your eligibility expires. Please consider this your final notice. Call me toll free at 1(877) 282-3707 on Monday through Friday between 10 AM and 7 PM eastern standard time. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day."

This sounds like a scam so please do not answer this ID.

I got a call from this number on my cell tonight. I never answer calls if I dont recognize the number. Maybe if everyone did that, the sleezy companies would give up.

They just called me and asked to press 1 to speak to a real person. Sounds like a scam to get your credit card number.  DO NOT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION WITH THEM!!! Hope they don't call again

I just got a call from this number. I am at work and they called my cell phone. They did not leave a message

Got a call just now. I answered and it was an automatic message talking about low credit card rates or something rather. It said option 1 would take me to a live operator and option 2 would take me off their list. I pressed 2 immediately and the call disconnected. I don't know whether it worked. I didn't wait to listen to anything else it said.

Called on my 15 year old daughters number.  She did not answer.  They have called me before too and I get messages on my voice mail.

They call all the time on my cell. I never answer, but I would like to stop them from calling. It is a credit card offer and sounds like a scam.

But they should be stopped because otherwise they just keep calling. It eats minutes on my plan and space on my phone, not to mention that I don't need more annoyances in my life!

How can they effectively be shut down?
