I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

I had a missed call from this number, no message left...I didn't want to call back until I googled the number, but I guess I'll skip that step.

I just received a phone call from this number as well.

Nice to know it was a bogus call instead of me drunkenly giving my number out!

I rceived a call yesterday from this company, regarding lowering my interest rate on my Visa/MC accouts.  The rep seemed helpful, and asked a lot of "qualifying" questions before she finally asked for my credit card number.  I told her I would not give her that but she could verify it and I would confirm.  She said she was pulling it up, and it would take just a moment, then she hung up on me.  I received another call today, and the lady I spoke to identified herself as "Lyly" (pronounced Lily, but I had her spell it for me).  She was much more convincing, and almost had me believing her and that she just wanted to help me.  Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got a call at work! I listened to the automated spiel and hung up. No other calls, and this one is unsolicited. They called a MN state university!!

I just rec'd a call from 603-214-3599 - I answered it and it was a recording and said "Hello, this is Jill from Card Services" I hung up - I don't have any credit cards.  I get calls from here alot!

I missed a call from this number 8/10/09 around 3pm no message was left, now I googled it and found that others have recieved these calls too.

just received this missed call which esp made me nervous because ive had my cc # stolen from an a$$ in NH. i really hope it hasnt happened again

Received a call from this number (603-214-3599) to a new phone number of mine that was only created less than a month ago via Skype; I didn't answer, but no message was left. Googling seems to indicate it is a telemarketer.

A while a go, from this number (603-214-3599) they called to advertise an "absolutely free" home-invasion prevention device - a recorded message.  Then it says if you need details dial 1, if you want to be removed from the calling list dial 9.  I dialed "1" and got a real person (a lady) to greet me.  Unexpectedly to be spoken to by a real person, I said "I did not expect to have a real person instead of recorded message...".  The other end hung up the call before I finish.  Very strange!  I got a feeling that some type of scam is going on.

Got these calls on my Cell Phone, now that ticks me off...no message, NOTHING!!!!

This person has just started calling my brand new cell number and I am so aggravated!  I don't want this type of crap calling me....it calls and does NOT leave messages....but it shows up on caller ID....I do not want this number calling me again....

Same here.  Two days in a row have received calls on my work line from this number asking me to press 1 to speak with someone about lowering my interest rates on my accounts.

got an automated call at work from this # saying they were from my credit card company regarding lowering my interest rate.  When I spoke to an operator and asked what company they where and why the keep calling me THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

Getting calls from them every day.  Urg!

Called me at work today.  Did not answer because I did not recognize the number.  I had a call earlier today that I did answer and they wanted to lower my interest rate?????
What a pain!  My phone rings enough at work with real callers I need to speak to.

I just received a call from 603-214-3599, Telling me I have no problem with my credit cards, and because of that I can have my interest rates lower. HELLO I haven't use any credit cards in 6 months.

They are disrupting our switchboard with many, many calla each day

Same as all of the above responses.  I'm getting more & more of these calls at work & it's BEYOND annoying.

Calls all the time wont say anything wont leave  a message

Twice now they have called and left my phone line open for 3 and 4 hours at a time.. I come home to a phone I can't use and my family complain they get a busy signal.  The first time, I was home and couldn't use my phone, my son had been calling all morning.  The second time I came home and found the same problem

I got a call today from them July 3, 2008. They said I had a problem with my credit card and to press #1 for a operator so I did when the guy came on the line he hung up. I tried to call them back and the number rang busy.. I did a reverse look up on the number and it came back to

I asked for the phone number they were calling from, as when you dial it it is a busy signal. When I asked they hung up, some scam.

Same as everyone else. Reported it to their carrier, Freedom Ring Telecommunications. They do not care as long as their bill is paid.
