I just received a call from this company (1-603-792-5508) leaving a message stating they were from the New Hampshire police department and they needed someone to call them back. I did reverse phone look up and it came up Freedom Ring Communications LLC. I block them from my phone from calling me back.

Well Fred here's the deal cupcake, if your going to illegally sell peoples personal cell phone #'s to scammers you get what you deserve. I for one do NOT condone harassing 94 year old ladies but as I can see here you have a track record of several years of this illegal behavior and YOU don't wish to change it....you should be ashamed of yourself for getting an elderly lady involved in your creepy business. Your scammers latest technique is to call my number and say there is a legal claim against me and I need to call your "law office" but somehow don't seem to know my name and offer no name of the "law office" they wish for me to call.
I have filed a complaint to the FTC and have forwarded your information to the NH States Attorneys office also with a link to all the disregarded complaints that are stated here.
Since being fined doesn't seem to bother you perhaps some jail time is more in order...I will do what I can to make that happen Fred.
And one final word to Jessica: if you are unhappy with the disregard for your grandmothers privacy perhaps you should take issue with the idiot that caused all this...your man, crooked Freddy. I personally would kick the life out of someone who did that to my Grandmother.

I got a call from 603-957-4028 today that calls my cell phone on average 2 times a day. And that number above 603-214-3622 has called several people , of whom I have no idea who they are, also. The comments I have read have said the same thing as i have , we want to know it is how they got info. on us enough to get our numbers to call us, and we want them reported and stopped.

The phone # for Telephone Management Corp goes to 8 Peninsula Rd, Belvedere Tiburon CA 94920   a $3.36M dollar residence that appears to be owned by Janet Rengo who is 70 years old.  Her husband Robert Rengo (now deceased) was the original owner of Telephone Management Corp..  They have a son Bobby and a daughter Gail who is married to Fred Accuardi.  The Rengo?s lived in Oregon before moving to California.

Stop calling me or I will sue.

Cliff, I received a half dozen calls tonight during dinner out with my family and after receiving so many from a particular number I eventually answered.  I was not in a position to turn off my phone because of the line of work I am in.  After answering and figuring out this was a telemarketer calling my CELL PHONE!!!! I finally got fed up and came out here to the Internet and of course now I see the full picture that you have helped to program something that makes this all possible.  Your parents must be very proud.

I have been in IT for about 16 years and while I am not an expert in all the bits and bytes of telco and call center operations...I can make some pretty grounded assumptions that lead me to conclude the software you've developed and the company you work for exists, at least in part, to help companies side-step federal regulations that would otherwise limit telemarketing techniques.  You are not Unity or Clarify or any of the dozens of legitimate software companies that make call centers go....so don't claim that you are just an innocent bystander and your gentle software is being misused.  

You exist to help telemarketers stay ahead of the intent of current law.  Its so lucrative to do this that no amount of noise or complaints or death threats will dissuade your company from doing what it does.  I bet your firm spends a huge amount of money, as a percentage, on legal fees to deal with all of the ramifications of people trying to not have their rights violated.

Also you are making the "guns don't kill people, people do" argument...again I applaud your command of rhetoric but I find you disingenous.  If your company wanted to help consumers, it would be simple to put audit controls in place with your clients or have them "self certify" compliance with current federal law in this area.

I have some company, not yours, calling me at all hours of day and night on my business cell phone...which I have to keep on in case I get emergency calls...and I have no recourse against them nor can I make them stop (which is all I really want) because of the service that your company provides and the business model that you make possible.  

You work for a place that has been visited multiple times by the FBI according to you and yet I'm sure that you sleep well at night because you technically are not the ones making illegal marketing calls.  Well just know that I do not sleep well at night, in part because of what you are part of and the number of interruptions it causes to my personal life.

I am receiving numerous calls each day from 1-603-214-3622.  Since this is a land line it will not accept my text msg. to cease these calls.  I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE anymore calls from this company.

Ghana is far, should not poke into people's affairs (even fraudulant , for their financial gain)  around here, we have plenty of our own scammers.
Security services have enough to deal with without this stuff comming out of nowhere..

Allison called, claimed I spoke with her last week about lowering my rates. It's a lie!! It looks like they are involved in a lot of scams.

They left message that they had spoken with me about a month ago about lowering interest rate on credit cards.  Not true.  I'm not returning the call but thought you might like to know they are using another lline other than the car warranty scam.

There is good information back a few pages amongst the pissing and moaning.  Call the below number and report the company that is calling you and they will take care of it.

Your companies role is to provide fake callerID number so scammers can hide behind them and not be recognized.

woman called asking for my daughter with something about education system.  I couldn't understand her well due to her very thick accent.

I just tried to dial the 800 number and got a recording saying to call 900-446-2900 and the call would cost $1.99!

I just got one of these calls on my cell and tried to look up the number and got the same info everyone else has. Sure is funny that they hang up before they can even get the pitch across. I wonder if they have a hellacious charge for your calling them back, much like the scammers working out of Canada. Thanks for those who have posted before - 603 numbers are to be avoided. I'll try the "push the # key repeatedly" suggestion next time. thanks!!

just received a call from this number.  Caller ID said L B Inc.  I am guessing it is another number also used by Luebke Baker. Just another entry for my selective call rejection list.

I did some research on the number, It is an unlisted land line phone number in Plaistow, NH. I found out this phone number is carried through "Freedom Ring Communications, Llc (Bayring Communications)" located in Portsmouth, NH. I managed to locate the carriers address and phone number. They are located at "359 Corporate Dr, Portsmouth, NH 03801-6808, United States” And there phone number is (603)766-1000 I called the carrier with this number and posed as a head member of a consumer watch group, and explained the story. The operator was very helpful and stated that he would transfer to a supervisor and they would launch an investigation. If you get a call from any of these numbers I would recommend calling "Freedom Ring Communications, Llc (Bayring Communications)" at (603)766-1000 and asking if the number that called you is one of their subscribers and if it is tell them that you would like to file a complaint.

If we can’t catch the actual company that is calling us we can certainly catch their phone provider.
