Added this one to Call Filter on my Android phone.  This call will never connect to my number ever again.

this company is continuosly calling saying "you may be able to lower your interest rate on your cards" and i am being called on my govt. issued phone. they hang up on me when i try to resolve the issue.

Get a portable boat horn that just happens to go off when they answer.

This number not only calls me constantly about lowering my credit card rate (i don't carry any credit card debt) but when i demanded to know who it was they refused to answer, and responded with a nasty "your mama" (as n "screw off").  Nasty company, whomever is behind it.

I keep getting calls stating this is final notice for interest reduction. I keep telling them I dont NEED any and still get spammed

Pressed one and was connect with somebody. Asked for callback number and was told they didn't have one. Asked to take me off the list and the guy hung up.

"chance to lower interest rates..." Connected to inform caller that they were violating the law. They swore at me and said what makes you think we're using our real number. Then hung up. Reported to Do Not Call registry as part of building a case against them.

Sounded like the same recording we get multiple times a weeks about credit cards, etc.  They said this was our "last chance"....we are hoping so!!  Then they said if you don't want any more calls blah, blah, blah!!

I too got a call from this number, left message saying "last chance to reduce credit card rates.  Press 1 to speak to someone, press 9 to be removed from our call list". Don't press 1 and WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T PRESS 9!!!!!!!!!!  This tells them that they have a valid number and possible "fish" for their scams.  I've called the FTC and the FCC about this scammers, and they told me that its impossible to find them, because they have a way to "clone" illegitimate numbers and the REAL number that they are calling from is hidden---and this is why they can't catch them.  So the "national do not call list" is useless---by the time the "do not call" complaint is investigated, they have moved on and cloned another number.  The FTC and FCC told me the best thing to do is ignore the calls and just like a child that goes into temper tantrums to get what they want, if you ignore them, they eventually give up.  Frustrating but true.

Got a robo-call from them this morning: "This is an important message about your credit card.  This is your second and final notice..." and then started to talk talk about lowering my interest rate (presumably they were pitching a credit card.  I didn't stay on the line long enough to find out).

The caller id showed up as "Service Message"

Call the FTC or file a complaint at the FTC website. I did about 6 months ago and when they called back I hung on the line till an operator came on and I told them I turned them in and if they call back again, they are in violation of federal law. You may have to do this because their partners also have your number. I'll bust them if they dont stop.

I was called twice today from these b*****ds. If anyone can find out exactly who they are and where they are located, LET ME KNOW. I have some employees that will pay them a visit and I assure you they won't be making any more phone calls anytime soon. (if you get my meaning)

This is a "Lower your credit card interest rates!  Last chance!" prerecorded telemarketing annoyance.  They call me every month and I can't get through to anyone willing to take me off the list.  If I do get a human they are rude and hang up as soon as I ask for any further information about their company, no matter how polite I am.

These people call every day. They tell us that this is our last chance to decrease our credit card interest. We punch the #3 to stop further calls, as instructed,  which does NOTHING. They call the next day anyway. We are on the NO CALL List, which has done nothing as far as we can tell. If we listen to the speel, then speak to someone to tell them to take us off the list, they hang up on us.
We, like millions of others are sick of this!

C'mon people, lighten up and have some fun with those a***oles.

One time I'm cussing them out. Another time say "FBI. Section 4. Code-in, please". Next time - "Detroit City Morgue. You kill'em, we fill'em". And so on. Don't even let them speak. Then hang up on them.

Complaining won't do much good since the number on your caller ID is spoofed. But you can have a laugh at their expense.

Please report these jerks.  It takes about 2 minutes to fill out a form.  Sooner or later... they will be stopped if enough people complain.  Book mark this link and use it every time you get an unwanted call.

What's the use to report them the Govt can't have anyone to do something they are all to busy going with Obama on vacation's at 50 million a pop.the do not call list is a joke,ever hear of any procecution's? better off paying $70.00 for a JFtech 70 call blocker and putting there number on it.find them at amazon.com or e-bay or biz-rate.

Typical sales/phishing call to my unlisted number on the do not call list.   This has to be Obama's fault too.  I'm going to report it and please, all of you should too.  That's the only way anything will be done.

I keep receiving calls from this number without leaving a message.  I would like these calls to stop.

They called and it was a robotic message about lowering my credit card rates before my next billing cycle.

This is yet another scam. I use call blocking to block these numbers, but there are so many of them that it's impossible to keep up.

Another scam making the rounds.  Called twice today using different numbers but caller id said "Service Message" for both and they left the same stupid automated message on our ansering machine -- something about your last chance to whatever...I think the gov cracked down on them for a while but here we go again.  Don't answer their nuisance calls.  They'll just suck the air out of the room.  Scum bags!

This is nothing but scam artist looking for a quick rip off do not listen to their BS

Received two calls in four days from this number.  No one responds when I answer.

I think the person may have identified herself at the beginning of the call but I did not remember the name.  When I asked to be taken off of their calling list she told me "no".  I said Excuse me and told her that I wanted to speak to here boss which got me nowhere.  When I asked her what her name was I was told Kirby, when I asked her last name again I was told Kirby.  I politely told her that I was going to hang up and report her.

I know jobs are hard to come by but if these people can't be proud of the job they have then they need to start looking for another one so they can stop harassing people.  I am Too Busy for This.

I have had so many of these calls from this number and many others it is ridiculous!!! All I do is run to the phone to check called ID to see who I AM NOT GOING TO TALK TO!! If I need what you are selling I will call you. I don't buy over the phone!!!
