This post is making up facts.  I am in now way and have never been involved in telemarketing.  This is most likely the effort of a disgruntled former employee trying to make trouble.

Please accept my apologies to all who have been effected.

Got a phone call from a number I don't "know".
They left no message.
I am on the National Do Not Call List.
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)
I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
and see if that can get the government
to work for me.
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)

calling   OUT OF AREA  TWICE A DAY

Yesterday I emailed BayRing Communications, the provider for these numbers.  I actually got a pretty quick response, and hope that this information will help the rest of you.  I do find it ironic that this asshat company (who is breaking the law) is protected by privacy laws, yet my privacy can be violated, but whatever.  This was the following email I got:

We have received your email. You are correct in your statement that we are simply the service/dial tone provider for the majority of these numbers. We are a telephone and internet service provider, just like AT&T and Comcast, and as their underlying service carrier, our company name comes up online when the numbers are researched. Unfortunately, due to national privacy laws, I am not allowed to release the name of the company that is using these numbers and placing these calls, as much as I wish I could!

We provide dial tone to 603-214-3679, 603-214-9021, 603-214-3668, 508-475-1968, 978-570-2447, and 978-570-2446.

We do not provide service to the other three numbers. These appear to be West coast numbers so I tried to research them online and it looks like their underlying carriers are Pacific Telecom Communications Group and Western Wireless Corporation.

What I can offer in regards to the numbers that we service that are constantly calling you is the number to the Compliance Department that has been set up to specifically help people remove their numbers from this company?s calling lists. When calling this number, you will reach a live person who will work with you to make these calls stop- it will not result in more calls! That number is 855-226-2444.

Also, if you don?t mind providing the number that they are calling, I will send a message on your behalf to further ensure that the calls stop. I can also include your original message within mine so they know how serious this issue is.

UPDATE !!!!  More Caller ID Info !!!  From this Telemarketer company

This annoying company seems to also have the ability to SPOOF other ALIAS CID Information on your incoming phone calls to your phone.

Now Spoofing Caller ID info with SAME telephone number 603 214-3679 with "HOME SECURITY G"
and also apparently ROBO dialing from another number 508 475-1968 with "MASSACHUSETTS" also getting several calls from this number with same Computerized automated script from "TOM"

Has called in the last 7 days (3-4 times/day) Caller ID "AMLIFEMONITORING" 603 214-3679 each time call goes to answer machine, hangs up & hasn't left a msg, until now.

Scripted pre-recorded call. AKA ROBODIALER

"Hi, This is Tom with Home Protection...How are you today? (pause) We're actually looking for an advertising home in your area. Would be interested in receiving a FREE GE Wireless Home Security System? In exchange for putting a small security sign in your yard. (pause) OK my job is just to make sure you are interested in learning more, but I'll have a specialist call you back and give you all the details...then you can decide for yourself, if it is a good fit for you and your family.

I just need to verify that YOU DO OWN YOUR HOME your living in. Is that correct? Do you own the home your living in? Like I'd said, "You can decide for yourself, if it is a good fit after talking with our specialist. There's no obligation to do anything.

NOW do you own the home your living in? Hello...Are you there? (pause)

They called again on my cell, 8/29/11 @ 5:23 p.m. PST.  Left no message.

Why do I see calls with no messages and no IDs from 603-214-3679? This is very annoying and intrusive. Very few people have my cell # because we use the cell for emergencies only.

This number calls multiple times daily. My number is on "Do not call status", and I want this to stop......now!

They have called twice this morning in the last hour.  With caller ID I don't pick up, they leave no message.

Home Protection Services offering a "free security system" claiming they need demo homes in my area. BS scam to get your personal info and I reported them.

Got a hang-up call from this number. My caller ID displayed it as being from "Home Security G".
I am mystified as to why these companies call and then hang-up, either before or when I answer.

This is a new number that repeatedly calls me twice a day.  They do not leave a message and I cannot call back.  Very annoying I am on the "Do Not Call List".  I do not know who owns 603-214-3679.    I was harrassed before by 866-515-3445  I wonder is this is the same company using a different number?

All of a sudden i've been receiving calls from 603-214-3679 on August 25,2011 2:35pm,5:49PM,6:48PM,7:47PM>August 26,2011@5:22pm,7:05pm&7:43pm Never to leave a message.I'am also on the "DO NOT CALL LIST."

I rec'd 3 calls from this # this week. When I called back there was static and a recording stated the call did not go thru. I called again today, it states the # is temporarily not in service.

This guy called my cell phone 5 times in this afternoon.
I hate it then complaint to donotcall.
It is small, but, they needs to give me back my cell phone fee!

I'm getting at least 3-4 calls per day from this number; I never answer them and they leave 3 second voice mail "messages" of nothing every time.  Super frustrating.

They seem to blatantly ignore the Do Not Call Registry.  Just after these a*holes called the first time (despite my number being on the dnc database already) I went and filed a complaint against them there. and almost 3 hours later these a*holes call me again!

This is an invasion of privacy! Besides, for one thing I am not a senior citizen and another were I to need a "home security" system I'd get in tough with a known and reputable company that provides such... that's if I needed one (which I don't. Already have a system set up anyway) and I would NOT want some shady a*holes like this bunch ringing my phone all the time trying to shove their garbage in my face anyway! Who needs that!!! What is it these sick morons don't get? We want or need something we'll go to whatever business that provides it not the opposite like these telemarking weasles!

When 603.214.3679 called me, as they do about 4-6 times a day, I finally answered and asked them to take me off their list, or place me on a do not call list and the guy said No. NO!! I asked him like four times and he just kept saying No and then started LAUGHING at me!! Totally bogus organization. Please report to the feds.

I received 12 calls in two hours from the #6032143679. This is outrageous. They need to stop. I'm not on debt or I have any debt collectors calling me. Please lay it low.

This number calls my cell phone about 10 times per day, but they never say anything!  It's just dead air space and I am forced to hang up.  Sometimes they call during my daughter's nap and wake her/us  up.  I am tired of this company and want to report harassment, which is what it is since they do not speak.

This time a "Tom" was calling and did answer. Wanted to attempt installing a local home protection system in exchange for a GE system and rambled about his lines. Said I would not be called any longer. This number has been calling several times before without leaving message or returning calls.
