This is a scam. They will try to rent or buy your timeshare, or try to lower your credit card interest rate. No use trying to talk to them orget them to remove your number. They will just hang up. Don't even answer if you this this number on your Caller ID. THat is the only way to get them to stop calling.

Been getting calls from this number everyday for about two weeks. When I answer they just hang up. When I call back I'm just prompted to press 1 to be removed from their call list. There is no other prompt. I don't understand at all what the intentions of these calls are.

Got a call from this number saying that my vehicle warranty has expired. I pressed one to speak to customer service, when she answered I said please remove me from the call list and she hung up on me. I think that is so disrespectful to do to someone. I want to call back and yell at them for doing so.

THIS IS A SCAM. This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, gift card, refund, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, insurance, secure handling, processing, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number, or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent difficult-to-cancel monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. If they want you to call them up for instructions, they may tell you not to discuss the wire with Western Union desk clerks but the real reason is WU clerks are familiar with these scams and will warn you not to wire the money. Report to US Postal Service Inspectors https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx , the Federal Communications Commission http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm , the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and your state AG, as appropriate.

I just got one from them about 5 minutes ago. Didn't answer and they hung up so put their number in this web site and read about all of the scams. It seems they are trying every type of service.

Our caller ID said the person calling was from "Telepollsdotcom." The person said hello but did not identify herself when I asked: she said she was calling in regard to my timeshare. I said she was mistaken, we don't have a timeshare, and she apologized and quickly hung up. It was a little creepy: the way she paused between sentences made me wonder if our conversation was being recorded, or if she was actually checking to see if the number was valid or if we were at home. I haven't seen any information regarding this company either.

I've been getting several calls, per day from this number. I finally answered and they knew my last name. They asked if I wanted to go to a timeshare presentation at a local restaurant (an actual local place in my town). I told them I couldn't and the female caller said thank you and abruptly hung up. The caller sounded short and wasn't very smooth on the phone. An actual timeshare person would have been more pushy and probably would have not hung up so quick to end the call. I'm sure this was some kind of scam attempt.

The people calling from this number are trying to steal your money. Hang up and do not give them any information. They called me claiming to be from AutoCredit USA and tried to get me to "verify" my financial information for a car loan application that I did not submit. They would not answer any of my questions regarding how they received my phone number or name. I spoke with two "agents". Both had thick Indian accents. They ended up hanging up on me when I challenged them to give me a phone number where I could contact them.
Skeevy f'ers
Beware.

After the 2nd obviously illigitimate call from this number, I decided to hit #69 after hanging up; that's how I got the number. Both calls were from a man with a heavy foreign accent who claimed to be calling on behalf of the U.S. Government. He claimed that I was chosen to receive a $7,000 government grant which I would not have to repay. After l explained that I never do business over the telephone and that he should send me all information in the mail, he quickly hung up. My fear is that a less savvy or more vunerable person will get this call and believe it's true. No doubt he would be asking for personal information so he could get me the money. BE CAREFUL!!!

This is clearly a scam. I work for a bank, and legally we HAVE to identify who we are, what company we work for and what our contact number is at the company. No credit card company is going to call you and tell you that you qualify for a lower credit card rate, you just have to do something to get it. They're either just going to drop the rate, or (if you qualify) wait for you to call to have your rate adjusted. If you get these calls, be sure to just hang up on them. Don't hit any buttons, and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. It's a scam, and they'll run up your card or steal your identity. Protect yourself, and either don't answer, or just hang up!

caller i.d. says: "Prizes Express". Never leaves a message calls at least twice a day. What a big waste of time. So what's the deal? Is it credit card company, or a time share thingy?

Got a call from 603-214-3697. A message was left regarding my credit card account and how there is no problem, but that I could have my interest rate lowered supposedly. Pressed option 1 to speak to a representative. I made her identify herself and her company. She claimed to be from "Consumer Services" and identified herself as Amy. I explained my disinterest in the offer and before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off. So I cut her off and said, "I'm on the National Do-Not-Call Registry." She replied with, "There is no such thing sir. To make a long story short, have a great day." Then she hung up.
