Violators of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Telephone Communications Privacy Act.

The name is actually Mitchell D. Bluhm & Associates and not Michael.

They don't seem to care that they are violating the TCPA and that I have a lawsuit in the process right now. They keep calling me and asking me for a person I have never heard of before and claim it is an attempt to collect a debt.  They used a spoof card to cover up the fact that they really are located in Texas.  The woman I spoke with told me they do not use spoof cards and the reason the number is different is because "people call back and they don't want them to pay the long distance charge for Texas."
