Just received a call from "John" with a distinct middle eastern accent.  Offered me a wireless home security system, told him I wasn't interested, he persisted.  I finally said to remove me from his calling list and I wasn't sure how he got my number in the first place and he hung up.

Caller said they were a security system company.  Told them we weren't interested and that we're on the national Do Not Call list and wanted to be removed from their call list.  Was transferred to a manager whom we told the same thing and then ended the call.

When answered the line went BEEEEP. Suggest you ignore if you have caller ID.

I was not home to answer call. But I have received numerous calls in the past from this number. It also comes across on caller ID as: V11412281700089

I got a call from 603-273-0299 and the ID said Belknap County.  I answered and the woman (who sounded foreign) asked for the home owner.  When I said I was not the home owner she said "I think that your are.  Now just say yes when I ask again if your are the home owner"  I said "no" and she continued to argue with me stating this was a very important call.  She asked when she could reach the home owner but never called again.
