Sir I work for this company and how sad that you would call people that are just working as I'm sure you do! Maybe if you had married a smarter wife who new better than to make a large financial decision like that without discus in it with her husband you wouldn't be it this sittuation!

I received a call today from Precise Auto representing GM. After being transferred a couple of times I ended up with the finance manager who gave me a quote. I started asking about the company and said I wanted to check them out before doing business with them and wanted to see something in writing. They wanted the deposit of $300 right then and would send the contract. When I refused to give them a deposit with my cc then he got angry and I hung up. If they call back I am threatening to report him to consumer affairs. They are definately not ethical.

I got a call, signed up for the coverage, cancelled it within 30 days. They have several hundred dollars of my money and they've been "processing" my refund for almost two months, still can't give me a date about when they will give me my money back.
They represented themselves as being somehow affiliated with my car's manufacturer.
Btw, everyone I speak with there is named "Ashley," and I always hear, "your refund is being processed," but they can't give me a date of when I will get my money.

I also received a call from Precise Auto Protection. They represented themselves as a branch of Nissan. They told me that Florida says I can cancel within 30 days. I signed up and within a week I decided to cancel.
I called to cancel and was asked why. I told her I may buy a new car instead. She said I could transfer it to the new car ????Why??
I told her that I wanted to cancel. She said I Had to put in writing Why, the mileage, and has to be notarized.
I told her the State of Florida doesn't require that it be notarized and that I didn't have to tell her why.
I asked her to send me , in writing, what the requirements were to cancel the program. She said NO !! and was adamant that it would not be put in writing.
I disputed it with my CC company.
I just mailed my notarized, certified letter to them cancelling the program as she requested.
I will be contacting the State's Atty office and Nissan to let them know what is going on.
I think it is a total scam. BEWARE !!!!

I ended up disputing this with my CC company last September and get the charge reversed. But now these CRIMINALS are calling again, now from the number 603-374-4692. I have all of Bartlett NH blocked now because of these SCUMBAGS who need to be thrown in a Federal Pound-You-In-The-A$$ Prison for breaking MULTIPLE FEDERAL LAWS.

Worst part is they are representing themselves as Ford Motor Company, or other manufacturers to the customer. They try to talk you into cancelling your factory extended service contract, then buying theirs.
Total scam and misrepresentation.

Just to update, after calling the company the next day they said they would cancel the policy and refund our money. A couple days later the contract arrived in the mail, and when I checked my credit card online they had issued a credit and then they charged it again! I called them again and they said there was a cancellation clause and form in the booklet. I looked and there was no form but there was a clause that said to mail the contract back within 30 days to cancel. I did this, then a couple days later another contract arrived! So they mailed 2, such incompetent buffoons. I mailed back that one as well along with a note saying please cancel. They never did, and subsequent calls only got a recording saying their business hours (and I was calling during them). I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and they took it off.
So these twits are either horribly incompetent, or they're scammers. I'm thinking the latter. I wonder what would happen if someone bought one of these warranties and then had to make an actual claim.

I'm in Texas & got same type call from same company using this phone number: 817-752-0697
1st rep hung up on me because I wanted the name of the company. I called back & got nice rep, who transferred me to her supervisor, who was very professional. This is another company who intentionally ignores the National No Call List, trying to sell car extended service policies. I will be reporting them to the FCC, FTC & Attorney General since I am SICK of Americans being abused by telemarketing calls when we are supposed to have a LAW in place to stop them! What a waste of government funding- WORTHLESS No Call List!

Telemarketer called my wife from this number. They were representing "Precise Auto Protection" pushing an "extended warranty" on my wife's 6 year old car. My wife fell for it and they have a $3118 pending charge on my CC. I called my CC issuer and will call "Precise Auto Protection" tomorrow when they're open to see if they'll cancel the charge. If not, I'll dispute with the CC company.
I will post more information when I have it. Legitimate or not, they're using scumbag telemarketers. Apparently this was a call center since my wife could hear other callers in the background.
