This guy keeps sending the spam msg on $1200 loan

Same here.  I am on do not call, blocked, don't give my number out at all and I got a loan solictation from this number about a week and a half ago....these guys MUST be dirty, just not caught yet.

Received a text on 1/8/11 at 3:50 AM stating:

Need some quick cash? You can easily get $1200 wired into your bank account today! For info, just reply back the word "PAY", to cancel reply "STOP"

Note the time: Violation of both the Do Not Call statute and the TCPA

According to the Better Business Bureau, this text came from Cash Advance Mutual located in Miami, Florida, (914) 371-6826.  It has an ?F? rating with the Better Business Bureau.

SMS Spam from this number. umber is on state and federal do not call lists, and unwanted sms messaging is illegal in this state.

DO NOT REPLY to these messages. This tells them your number is valid and allows them to send more spam (since you now have a "previous business relationship.") Instead, report them to your cellular provider and request to be reimbursed for the messaging charge. Yes, it's a hassle for little to no money, but if enough of us do it, the cell companies will block them.

I received the same call about an hour ago.  Need some quick cash?  You can easily get $1200...etc
I am going to reply with stop.  How do they get these numbers?  It is enough that you have to get spammed all day on your PC.

i got the same $1200.00 msg. I sent them a reply to stop take me off the list.

Just received sms saying text back PAY to receive $1200 or STOP to stop receiving this messages.

I received text message spam from this number offering a loan.
