I have never inquired about a timeshare and don't own one and don't want to own one.  I just added them to my reject list.  They can call all day and night they won't get anywhere.

Oh yes it does! Its the law! Before you go spouting off your mouth, maybe you should actually read the new TCPA law's! Besides they haven't called me, and I'd never give them my number to begin with! If they call me, I'll definitely be reporting them period.

They only call people who inquire with them as to buying or selling timeshares. If they have ur information that's ur fault for giving it to them.

I submitted a request for information via their website www.sellmytimesharenow.com.  I was called by a woman who explained the program.  I then got an email from her.  I informed her we were not interested.  I continued to get phone calls, leaving no voicemails, and emails from her coworker Jeff.  I told him in no uncertain terms in response to one of his emails that we were not interested.  The emails stopped but calls continued. I have called them and requested on THREE occasions now to have me removed.  Shortly after the last time I called asking to be removed, I got yet ANOTHER EMAIL.  I have responded to that email AGAIN saying we are not interested and that they need to cease communication.  INFURIATING.

they just call ppl who filled out the form on ther website, if u pick up and tell them u dont need help they delete u

they dont cold call, just call back people who inquired even if it was a long time ago...pick up and tell them to delete your record, worked for me

Woof, seems not only me is getting call from this number... I don't know even that time share rental, but this guy telling me if I have to continue about our beach front matter, which suddenly, I don't have. I told him, he is calling a wrong number... but still calling me, and I am saying to him, he is calling a wrong number... Hope he will not bother again...

These calls come from "Sell My Timeshare.com" who blatantly ignores the Do Not Call registry and illegally calls me almost every day.

I made the stupid mistake of inquiring with this company. Not only was I insulted repeatedly but they never stop calling me. All hours of the day and night. It's harrassment!!!!
