Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Progressive Insurance - trying to collect $ on policy I cancelled. I'll pay this when hell freezes over.

They keep calling and hanging up

One ring call, did not answer and there was no message.

This number has called me about 2+ times per week and just one ring and NO VOICE MESSAGE. Very annoying.

I got a call from this number this morning. When I looked at my call log it had been forwarded from a 064 area code. Googled & showed Philipines!

Oh, If it were only so. These scumbags don't care about the national do not call list. I have been on the list for years and
have updated it every 6 months and these sleezes still keep calling even after they are told not to. They don't respect
us or the law.

Just missed a call from this number because I try not to answer calls I don't recognize. No message and after seeing these comments, I won't worry about calling back!

Unfortunately, many phone scammers routinely ignore the DO NOT CALL list.
This is especially true when the calls are coming from other countries (India,
for example). Additionally, the scammers have access to software that can
disguise the origin of the call to evade blocking.

Never had Progressive Insurance

This phone number is a debt collection agency. If you are receiving calls you owe money to someone...or a relative does, or a person that possibly previously had that telephone number- if that is the case...call back, and resolve.

Noticed a missed call in my call log.  No message. Thanks for all your comments.   I added it to my block list.

Same here. I used just used donotcall.gov and I am hoping the stop calling.

Theyre a scam number cause they call n only ring once and whe  you call back they charge your account anywhere from $5-$20 and been recorded aven more ... if you dont recognize a number dont answer ... if its legit they WILL leave a message.

Why do you say they are a scam company? I just got a call, no message.  Your comment is not helpful because it does not give details as to why you are making these comments.

Progressive is trying to F us up all our tight a***s! This # is an Obama of a #! They won't stop until we are all called!!! We have to act now!!

Just had a call from this # at 8:35pm. Didn't have my phone next to me and missed the call. No message. Didn't know # so I looked it up and found this page. I had a progressive policy I cancelled 3.5 years ago, and they actually owed me back $40 or so, and I even had a letter stating that. Honestly don't remember if or how I received that money back, if they sent a check or credited my cc I used to pay them. Doesn't matter, I didn't owe them. I live in another state now, have had my policy with another company for 3.5 years. Wonder what they want from me? Weird!

Had Progressive Insur, canceled to get State Farm; Progressive was notified in writing with certified return receipt (I never trust the company will say they received it - any company!!).

Progressive tried to collect on it.  Turned it over.  I wrote the company executives at Progressive to stop the madness.  It stopped.

Until now.

The phone rang exactly 1 time.  Then hung up.  I did not even have time to answer.

Check your credit reports, write the letters to Progressive if you do not owe the debt.  If you do, make arrangements to keep it off your credit.

I say the same thing will not pay over the phone I requested for them to send me a letter. They told me that they don't do that and then they gave me another number to call to verify with their collections. I said I wouldn't do that so then she gave me an email to email information's too. I wouldn't do that either. I ask them to stop calling they won't.

They are calling with increasing frequency. I never answer. Have never had Progressive. Checked my credit report recently- all good. Stop calling my cell phone, please!

I received a call from this number yesterday afternoon, one ring only.  My number is fairly new and I have been getting these one ring calls on a regular basis.  Hmmmmmmmm!

I strongly believe they are all in connection with each other trying to scam people for money.

This number is ccs out if New Hampshire but they are a collection agency for progressive insurance. They use other numbers as,well and will call many times throughout the day and night weekends and holidays.

Go to the donot call list on donot call.com put your number down and any other number you you dont want called they will not be able to call your number again

This number called me just now and twice back in December. I did not answer...

Please have them stop calling.
