I wish they would stop calling. I asked to be removed from the list!! very annoying

They are a solicitation company. They have called us each year and say they are from merchant services because they try to make you think they are Your Merchant account company so you will stay on phone
Then try to get you to let them come by because they will have a rep in your area that wants to review your merchant account to make sure everything is ok etc

They are a 'fishing' company hired by other credit card service providers to try to gain your business by offering lower rates.  

If you are not sure about your credit card merchant account rates/fees /etc I would shop around yourself

These people are tricky and use similar jargon to your current merchant to fool you just to get you to stay on phone.  I would tell them to put you on their do not call list

Received a call, asking for the boss, explaining that he was on another call.  Saying that I was his wife, asked her how I could help her.  She hung up.

Randi called from this number asking to speak with the owner.
Got another call back 20 minutes later from some guy  - not from Randi
Says they are  paymentsolutions.com
I requested they put me on their do not call list... and then they promptly hung up on me.

Hangs up when answered. I dialed the number and it says it is a number that is no longer in service.

This is an annoying phone call that either hangs up and/or asks about consolidating our accounts.

Randy called and said they were from Merchant Services and didnt' like it when they were questioned as to the nature of the phone call and requesting more info; wished me a good day and hung up.

Got a call from Merchant Services.

I've received repeated phone calls from Randy claiming to be from Merchant Services.  She told me that she will review my CC statements to determine if my rates were more than it should be and if I've been overcharged.  It seemed fishy to me since she asked for personal information.  She called back again and was very pushy and directive.  I'm glad I checked this number online. It definitely sounds like a scam.

Same thing here. Hangs up when I call back.

I got the same number calling me and hanging up on my personal cell.

Called my Business phone, hung up when I answered.
