This company is spoofing our phone number and angry people call us all the time thinking WE are calling them with this b.s. We called the FTC and filed a complaint, everyone who reads this and has been effected by this company should do the same.

I have asked this company to stop calling me atleast 7 times.  When I try to get a manager they either yell at me or transfer me to a dead extension.  This company flat out sucks and I hope the owner does time.

This company called me right after the Chino Hills Earthquake when people were trying to reach me to find out if I was alive.

I get phone calls from these clowns at least once a day. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on me. Well, from now on I'll turn the tables on them, you wait and seee. By the way, here's some phone numbers that show up on caller I.D. from them.

I get these calls several times a day.  Have repeatedly asked to remove my name, I'm not interested, STOP CALLING.  Yes, they have been rude, hung up on me and keep calling.  If I didn't live out of State, I think I would be making a personal and up-close visit to their office.  I just reported them to the BBB and now will file a report to the FCC.

I got a call and hit the option to speak to the rep.  I ended up buying a much needed warranty for a good price in February.  I got a call from the confirmation dept a short while after (one hour) and that was it.  I paid for it and have it.  Nothing was weird or rude or non legit about any of it. I do admit that it is annoying to get cold calls but companies are trying to just stay afloat these days. I am glad I purchased it and I used it already for a transmission.  I dont know what the big deal is.  It is an individuals own job to be put on a DNC list so stop complaining and get on it.  This is the way of the world people, just deal with it. I went on this site because I was told by my brother that he was getting calls from them too.  I did not know this many people would be complaining.  Maybe they got a bad sales rep with no manners???

They are now using spoof caller ID numbers.  Received three calls in two days from General Warranty Services.  

new caller ID numbers are:  310-599-5763 and 802-372-4395.  They will obviously change their caller ID number daily.

This company is a SCAM. I've asked them to please do not call me again. I have no interest. When a company calls you and says. "we've sent you several notices that your vehicle warranty has expired", and they do not know what type of vehicle you own. It's just a crap a$$ telemarketer. SINCE they will not take me off the call list, I've started keeping them on the line for 20- 40 minutes. I ask them constantly to repeat things, go over what parts of the engine are covered, what part of the transmission is covered, and after. Then I keep them on the phone for another 10 minutes because they want the vin and exact mileage, well it's a 10 minute walk to my vehicle. So if they want to waste my time. I'll waste there's. They are to stupid understand that if they're talking to me after I've asked them to call, they can't make any money scamming other people. What tards

Same as the rest, this business has been calling me repeadedly for the past 4 or 5 months, actually thru the month of january i got no calls from them, and now in february its all started again..

Caller is General Warranty Services, if you try to question them as to their address or any identifying info they get rude and hang up.  They have been calling for about the last 3-5 months and leaving recorded messages on my recorder.  I have asked them not to call again.  They continue to call.  The 'gentleman' I just spoke to today said he was allowed by law to call my number as I had not returned a post card they sent.  When I asked him why the company would send a post card to me he hung up.  My area code is 907.  I'm off to the FCC page to file another complaint.

Wow I accedently told another company selling warentees, that I wanted to be removed from their call list.  This was done by pushing my #2 on the phone & guess what this same evening the calls start from theese smucks, probably a dozen more will follow.  They got a responce, so they know someones here.

found their site and a toll free number to call them, 1-888-685-6150 took about 3 times but finally someone talked to me and said they would have my name taken off, if they don't i will keep calling them. i also went to their site under contact us and wrote them a nice email,yeah right!! there was 4 addresses for different departments and they all got it. hopefully this is the end

Same here, called over and over again.  Now the question is, what can we do to stop them?

I have reported this company to the BBB.  Not only have I gotten repeated phone calls from this company (4 a day) but they have also sent me postcards in the mail claiming my "warranty" will soon expire!  I can't see how a reputable company can stay in business very long when they are pirating customers this way.  I really don't think they're legitimate!!

Always calling - must be using an automatic dialer, working off a list they've probably purchased.  Yes, they ignore requests to take name off list too. Locates area code to New Hampshire.

Always calling and saying they have an important bussiness matter, I am tired of these calls, everyday.Please someone put a stop to this.

This is a company selling extended vehicle warranties.  They engage in illegal practices (calling repeatedly AFTER you ask to be removed from their list).  They are very rude and will hang up on you if you ask to speak to a supervisor or ask for the exact name of their company.

I find This phone number on my Id caller all along.  It must be some kind of scam.  Beware.
