I called the number back as I had no vm
"You have reached Fidelity Investments. Our previous call to you was to check in with you on your Fidelity relationship. If you wish to speak with a representative, please hold and a customer service representative will be with you shortly."
I have no accounts with them as I am a stay-at-home mom and haven't worked since 2008!

This is a viable phone number for Fidelity, I believe out of the Merrimack office though it was implied that the person I was talking to was based in Kentucky at the Covington branch. It is Fidelity, not sure if is nationally used for customer service purposes

This call was from Fidelity Retirement Services regarding my workplace 401k. The Account Representative was calling to let me know he has been assigned to my account.

Received a call from 603-791-9904 and did not answer as it was not in my contacts. They immediately called my home phone and caller ID identified the call as Fidelity Investments. It was an important call. I have now added this number to my cell phone contacts as Fidelity should they call again.
Thanks Rob!

Fidelity Invenstments is a major company in the financial services industry, with a good reputation. They are not a boiler room operation. I worked in the financial services industry for over 10 years.

This seems to be a number that dials several numbers until the first person answers, then hangs up on the other calls. Very annoying

This is a valid business call from Fidelity about account activity. Always for a specific reason on your actual account.

I have received bone fide business calls (not sales calls) from this number (603-791-9904). Always for a specific purpose regarding my account, from the person assigned to my account.

Whenever I've received a call from this number or the 513 number mentioned in the other comment from Fidelity, it's always been a human and it's always been specific about something in my account they had a questions about, needed to verify, had a problem with, or forgot to tell me on a call I just got off with them.

This is Fidelity Investments (probably a sales call). The message left on my voicemail was from Sue Ann Semineau (sp?). Claims to have "important information" she wants to share with me. LOL
Sounds like she's calling from a boiler room operation.

Voicemail from Fidelity investments. Called back Leonard Isaac at 603-791-9904 (could not input his extension of 4545,and it answered Fidelity Investments. Person I spoke to "Jeff" did not know why I was calling. I relayed the message and told him I assumed Leonard had called to see if I was happy with 401-K that I had through my workplace and asked for the number but that I had an IRA with Fidelity as well. He asked for the number of that as well. Jeff thanked me for having my accounts with Fidelity. Why the call then????
