Complaint will do literally nothing. It's an academic institute conducting academic surveys. Just answer the phone and say "Put me on your do not call list please." You'll never receive another call from the UNH Survey Center on THAT phone number ever again.

You phone company sells the numbers because technically you do not own your phone number, your phone provider does.

Years ago U.S. Congress introduced and passed legislation that allows businesses to call cell phones if they obtain the numbers. Used to be illegal. UNH Survey Center is an academic institution and is not subject to the national do-not-call list.

Answer the phone and politely say, "Please put me on your do not call list". I worked there, and when the number goes in then if it ever pops up in the system again for any reason it will give a message stating that the number is on our do not call list and we'd move on to a different number

Worked there and we'd done a survey in Canada. I don't remember exactly what the survey was about though. It's been a while and we did so many surveys.

It's an academic institution. The survey center is part of the University System of New Hampshire. It's a not-for-profit.

This number keeps calling plus many other from 603-862 I have sprint and with them you can block the calls.  As soon as I block them I get a new 862.  This can not be a legit reason to keep calling all of us.  Never do they leave messages.    
Avoid or report this person or group.  Has to be a scam.

This number calls me at all hours of the day at least 4x daily including weekends. Please help me get them to stop harassing me.

Got 4 calls today from 4 different numbers on this 603-862 exchange.  I never give this number to anyone so they probably RDD'd me and now they won;t leave me alone.  Said it was the University of CT consucting a survey.  I'll conduct a survey right up your Hershey Highway if you don't leave me alone!

This number has called my CELL PHONE nearly everyday and they never leave a message....very obnoxious!

I answered and a lady said she is from New Hampshire University doing a survey about American society and social security. If this is true why will they waste their time calling me five or six times a day?

This call came through to a private phone.  How do they get your numbers.

I live in Canada and this number came up, there is no reason that someone from New Hampshire is calling me.

Twice daily anonymous calls from either 1-603-862-6957 or 6956.

I called from a different number, a Hispanic-sounding woman answered denied being a business or making calls.  Her answers were more guarded than a truly innocent individual would be, I thought.
