I received two calls from this number today I didn't answer the first call. I picked up when they called the second time and I could only hear someone typing when I said hello then the call disconnected.

This company calls at least 3 t0 5 times every single day. This morning (12/20/2012) they started calling at 8:51 AM and again at 9:52 AM and again at 9:56 AM and AGAIN AT 10:06 AM.  Never a person on the line.  Our number is a business phone and when we answer the phone with the name of our business all you get is a bunch of "clicks" and then a dial tone.  If you try calling the number that comes up on the caller ID, it rings, then you get the same clicks and then a dial tone.  I'm going to check with a law firm to see if there is anything we can do to get them to stop calling.

All collection agencies are scammers..they can shove it up their a**. all they will get is sh*t..lol

John, why does your company continue to call when being sent legal letters to stop, when being sent letters from an attorney prooving the individual has a discharged bankrupcy, and when asked to provide written proof a debt is owed, that I know doenst exist.  John, was does your company not follow the letter of the law? You were kind enough to post about your company, please respond to these questions.

This is a SCAM !!!!!!   All the cell numbers they can possibly get are put into a dummy system and called constantly.  Read all about them in a magazine - financial news.  I received a call from this number also.

If even a tiny portion of the people who are called, respond by sending them money (even though it is bogus) they have the potential to make millions.  The article said not to answer the calls, but to put your cell phone number in the block which is offered by the government.  (The "DO NOT CALL" program).  Also, report them directly to your state consumer complaint representatives and the government FCC lines.

UPDATE:  No phone calls, all is quiet.

Sent them a certified letter on top of the website written notices that I gave them for "cease of communications".  They still continue to illegally call even after signing for the letter 3 days ago!  I keep reporting them to the FTC for each illegal call.  I can only hope that they will eventually get fined 10 times or more the amount they are trying to collect from someone!

Same scenario for me. First tried to straighten it out with Penny's credit department. Never had a card with them. Then I called the 603-890-1644 number from the bio. Thanks for that. Explained that I had the same name as the person they were looking for. Was asked if last four digits of my SS was what they had. Told them no. Put on hold, came back, asked if it was my address, said no. Put on hold. Transfered and then spoke to a Sara and was asked if it was my birthdate. Said no. Nice, nice and apologies. Asked for her direct line if I had a futher problem, got her extention number. Fingers are crossed.

This company has called me multiple times within an hour. I was driving at the time and could not answer. The voicemails that I recieved were just ringing like I was calling someone. I do not owe any money. What is this company's damage?!

I am so tired of receiving the unknown and collection calls if they call once more I they are going to get an ear full and it won't be my voice!  These calls that the public are getting four, five , six times a day are nothing but harrassment telephone calls.  They do not care if people are ill!

Something or someone has got to stop this company and very, very rude people from calling.  They call my cell number - won't leave a message, they call my office (I happen to work for a law firm).  I don't owe anyone or any company.  Perhaps, they are looking for my ex-husband who ran up a terrific amount of debt and they are trying NOW to harrass me.  Anyone got any ideas??????? This is really starting to anger me! This number has been calling my cell phone since November or so of last year. I got lucky enough to talk to one of the representitives and they said they were looking for a man. I'm a woman and told them that and he said they'd stop calling me and leave me alone. BS! I just got another call a few seconds ago. I don't owe on my college loans for another three years so it can't be that. I don't even have a credit card, the only card I have is debit. Everything I've purchased so far has been paid off and I don't owe anyone anything at the current moment. I'm honestly getting sick of these bogus calls!

This is a collection agency, Very rude and don't know what they are talking about. They told me I owed a local clothing store over $1,000.00 and wanted to know how I planned to handle it. I don't even shop at this store and don't have a credit card with them.

They have called my cell, and they never leave a message.  They just called my main work number and when the receptionist told her I was not available she started ranting and raving.  She was yelling at the receptionist.  Unprofessional, unnecessary and RUDE.  Whoever these people are, they are rude and they border on harassment.  If they are trying to get something from me it is not going to happen.  And if they actually happen to be on the line the next time I answer they are getting an earful.  They have called too many times, and flipping out on a girl who just happens to answer the phone in an office is completely unacceptable.

this number just called i answered. said hello? and i heard the beep in my ear of another call incoming. i checked. same number calling me. then they both hung up. I called back and the number says it has been disconnected.... i think someone is using 1 of those number redirrect sites. call you from their number through a website and your caller id claims it is from another number....
