Someone called me from this number as well, and did not leave a message.  The number they called me on is actually my office number, which is strange, since I don't normally get telemarketing calls at work.

Someone called today from this number and of course didn't leave a message, so my guess is it's a Telemarketer. I don't deal with many people outside of Canada, so calls from USA are usually companies trying to sell me stuff.
