No caller ID, so not sure about the #, but the co. name given was same, except when I finally answered a call and asked who they were (sounding confused) they said "Card Management Services with Visa and Mastercard". If you get same, THAT should be against the law and complain to both Visa and Mastercard, telling them that this co. is using their name.

I rarely answer my phone because of things like this. They left a message on my machine about 300 times last year, nearly every day.

They became VERY disinterested in me as soon as I said that I pay off my card balance every month. She tried to hang up and I started to say something about no calls and she said "we won't" and I started to say something else and she shouted "goodbye" over me ... so MAYBE that works: to say you pay off your cards.

Or maybe best thing is to say up front you don't have any credit cards.

Same scam new number and location. Calls from Card Management Services. Recorded message stating that this is the second and final call to take advantage of debt reduction special (or something along those lines) press 1 to speak with a rep. After quite a few calls I pressed 1. He tells me the name of the company. I asked for a business number. He says, you should have it on your caller ID. I say, no your business registration/license #. He says, we only give that to customers, Then says, our license # is 1005B. I say, thank you, I will be making a complaint about your company as you are not supposed to call people on the Do Not Call list. He says, the company is exempt from those rules, as they are not telemarketers. I say, that I will still be making a complaint and to remove my number from the calling list.

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of  VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Lower Interest rates on credit cards - I have asked for my number to be removed, but they keep calling, today they were insistant on knowing my exact age to remove my number.....I want to know the name of the company! bloody w**kers keeps talking no press button to be remover from call list even called bell on it ,, w**kers bloody w**kers

I know this is just b***s***, but I wanted to get them to stop calling, so I went through till I could talk to someone. I asked to have my # put on the do not call list...the guy said okay, that will be $100. Then said there is no such thing as a do not call list. When I said that there is in Canada, so he must be calling from the states, he said "nope, BC".  I asked for his company's phone number, he wouldn't give me one (call display shows 604-227-5364) and said they got my number from my credit card company and that I would have to call them to have my number removed. I said okay, then so that I can tell them which company to no longer give my information to I need your company name which he said is Card Managment Services. I asked for an address, and he said he didn't know. I said this is bull. When you went to the office this morning, where did you go? He said 3637 Money Lane....bottom line, you can't track this company down, there is no way to get them to stop.

these people call constantly.  never leave a message and I am tired of it.  So much for the do not call list
