Phone rings, an automated messsage says, "this is your last chance to lower your current credit card interest rates ... if interested press "1".  I've had this call before and wanted to ask them to take me off their calling list so I pressed "1".  A man answered and asked if I was calling regarding lowering my interest rates.  When I asked the man to remove me from his calling list he told me he could not do that.  When I asked what company he worked for he said, "I AM THE STICK UP YOUR A**".  Seriously - what a rude individual.

I get a call from these jerks every 2 days.  I do not have a credit problem and I have also received about 6 final notices for whatever.  Really wish I could find out who these people are because I would be at their front door within days.  Have called the number they have but get nothing.

I am SO FRIGGIN tired of these. Just got a call and of course no one there. I ALWAYS google the phone numbers to see who it is. Even though ALL my phone numbers are on the DO NOT CALL LIST they still manage to get through. waste of breathe these guys!!

Missed a call from this number around noon today - didn't leave a message, but I was curious who it might have been.  Found this web page through a Google search - interesting to see how many others have received a similar call.

When you get a person, just say, "Jesus loves you!" and hang up.

They call about once a week, recorded message says "this is the last chance to get lo get lower rates", but if you ignore it a few days later they call again, so I pushed "1" and the guy says it costs $100 to get off the list, so I said, "WTF" and asked how I really get off the list, he said "pray" and I got pissed so he gave me a number which turned out to be visa and they said report him to the cops. I did complain on the DNC list for whaver good it will do

Geesh....the entire world is looking for me and these telemarketer scam artists found me!  Anyways, I got back on the NSA website and gave them Pamela Wallin's credit card info, expiry date and PIN.  She'll be happy I got her interest rate lowered.
Now to find that Rob Ford crack video......

They call almost daily, at precisely 10am MST, i never answer and no message is left.

Telemarketers and child molesters are cut from the same cloth.  I run a business and am tired of receiving calls from these freaks.  they are alleged a Non Profit organization - Learning Foundation.  Puzzling, eh?  They can reduce my credit card interest rate. More puzzling, eh?  I told the freak that I do not pay interest on my card because I pay the balance off every month,  The freak hung up.  He knows he is in the same category as a child molester.  Hey, Freak if you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.  Or better yet, get out of the country.

Just had a call.  Touched 1, got a guy said his name was Roger Neilson.  Wants to lower my credit card interest rate. My retirement hobby is wasting their time.  Kept him on the phone for 8min 23 sec.  My record is 15min 10 sec.  When the call ends they are more pissed off than I am.

Said British Columbia on the phone.
I did not answer however and the voicemail was just a second or two of music.

The funny thing is they also waisting their time. :) Whatever they say sound so ridiculously stupid.

Just received a call from this number too. I didn't recognize it so I allowed the answering machine to pick it up. The caller left no message, but with these kinds of numbers, that is usually the case. A  telemarketing phone call is pretty normal on a daily basis. We are on the do not call list as well, but it doesn't seem to matter. These calls certainly are annoying, though.  If you have call display and an answering machine, just don't answer it yourself, let the machine do the work for you.

if you have the patients wait until you get a human at the end of the phone and just play them along, in short, waste their time. I am not sure how they get away with the no call list, likely this number is just a filter from the U.S.  I have strung a couple of them along and they had American accents.

I asked what country or state the lady was from, she said BC, I asked how to get off the calling list and the BI*** hung up, I wish these low life's would shoot themselves in the face. If you have a job become accustomed to being asked about the calling list as most people have lives and DONT WANT TO TALK WITH YOU!!! Idiots!!!

I received a call from this number - it was a credit card reduced rate discount if your balance was over 2,000.

Got a call form this # at my work. No one answers

I have had over 10 calls from this number and they are driving me mad!  I am on the no call list, but it doesn't do me much good.

Is there anyway to stop the phone scams? I am so annoyed.
