This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Got a call this evening, answered the phone but no one on the other end, quess that I must of picked up the phone too quick for their system to activate to give me the 'sales pitch'

I also got a scam call from this number today saying that I won a trip to Orlando through Disney. At first I thought it was real because I am a member of Disney online but once they asked for money I knew for sure it was a scam and I felt like such an idiot. I should have known better not to waste my time!

A lady name's call Penny phone my wife and tell her she won a contest to go Bahamas cruise and read out her name and e-mail add. - both were correst ecxcept the the date of birth. When wife told her she has no time to go for vaccation then Penny said to her it is very difficult to cancel the prize.
For sure, my wife didn't entered in any contests so she ask me to talk to Penny, but Penny begin to lost her temper a bit. Then I put the phone down and called her back to check the incoming phone number. There is a lady answered my call and i recognized the voice is Penny but she said she is not and said that I am wasting her time. So I think everysone should notice that this is a scammer.

Got a call from this number informing me I had won a cruise to Bermuda or the Bahamas through Disney Vacations.  I enter contests all the time, so didn't think much of it.  She read out my name and e-mail address - both were correct - then asked to confirm that I was a Visa member in good standing.  I said I don't carry a credit card - of any type - neither does my husband.  She said she had a full Visa number on file under my name that I had entered into the entry form online and I said that wasn't possible.  She then apologized and said this makes me ineligible for the contest.  I would for sure be leery if you receive a call from this number as it is most likely a scam of some sort.

Got a message of registration for vacation in Florida. It looks like recorded message since I could not interrupt them. Female voice quoting wrong birth date continue to talk about vacation I did registered. I did not registered myself on any member of my family for any vacation.
