This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

I got a call from that same No. located in West Vancouver. I have reported it to info@antifraudecentre.ca

Just received a call from this number and stated that I had qualified for a free trip to Orlando, Daytona Beach and a week long cruise.... worth over $3,000.00. All I needed to do was give them my visa # to put through $500 of service fees etc.... I disconnected the call.
