This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Got a call from this company about thanking me for an online survey and to press 1 to redeem the price. Never participated in an online survey and I hang up. Most disturbing, I have a family crisis and waiting for phone calls from across Canada and Europe and this kind of call is very upsetting.

Called me today and said you have selected by the internet and won a prize, select 1 to claim your prize or 3 to remove, I just hung up..

called today pick up, heard a fax tone, hung up after that.

It's a discount shoppers club. AKA, telemarketers. They call homes randomly offering $25 Walmart cards for answering surveys.

something about a internet survey, told him to go fly. Block this #, please.

just got a call from this number and they said to thank me for participating in an online survey i have won a prize, to claim the prize press 1, i never participated in any survey so i just hung up, not the first time i have recieved calls like this from various numbers.

Received a call from this number late this afternoon, ignored it and they left no message.

This evening, out of curiosity, I called the number using my unregistered Skype line and got a message that the number was for WCA Subscriber Services clients only...

Don't know who they are and certainly don't have anything to do with them...

The number looked very familiar to me, It just grabbed my concentration. I called it back and got a message for WC Subscriber services. I hung up and got a bad feeling about it.  Like Oops. Now what?

Automated telemarketer's message about winning a free trip to Bhamas etc... I tried calling back and it was an American company trying to sell some insurance etc..

They called this afternoon.  After some beeps and dead air, a recorded message stated something about SOS something or other, and that I had recently entered a contest or ordered something on line.  They stated that I had won a $1600 credit towards a vacation in Cancun.  At this point I hung up.  

However, I then realized that it may have had something to do with a recent on-line purchase of an ID tag for my dog that, when scanned, will provide certain info to the individual scanning.  Unfortunately, I have not even received this tag yet, but for some reason earlier today my daughter (as second emergency contact with regard to the dog) received an e-mail stating that the account info had been accessed, but my dog was with me when she got the e-mail.  I have a call in to the company to find out what's going on, but now I wonder if someone else has gotten a hold of this tag (which would provide my phone number), or if this ID tag company has sold the info, or if it's just a coincidence.

why are they so afriad to leave a message what are they trying to hide?

they dont say what company this is,they dont say who they are looking for  are we suppost to have xraey vission or something?

This number called me at 10:47am today. All I heard on my voicemail was static and a weird choppy sound of 2 or more voices in the background. Kind of strange...will call this number back tomorrow to get to the bottom of it.

I received a call from 604-229-6391, ring twice and no message is left. It is so strange that I have never contacted them before and when I call back, it says they have some subscribed services about health care. I have never subscribed any service with them.
