My furniture items were not packed professionally by Yian Lee aka Andrew lee at all and there was a significant amount of damage to the furniture,the owner did not want to take any responsibility for damage ?? i won't be dealing with this company ever again complaint file with assiciation Movers # 886681804

I have the misfortune of using this company last year. We too have goods stolen and damaged piano.All I can do is to post as many post on the web to warn people away from them. And send the post links to them to make sure they know we are helping others to not engage in biz with thieves!.

I used Quick and Good Movers on my last move (wish I'd known about Yelp then), and in addition to breaking and scratching several pieces of furniture, a window A/C unit went missing.  When I called the company next day to ask about it, the very rude owner andrew lee told me "We don't have it.  Look through your stuff again."  No apologies, no offers to help.  It was MY problem and I obviously didn't look hard enough.  Because, you know, an A/C unit is teeny-tiny and could easily get mixed in with my jewelry or silverware.  (I really wish sarcasm worked better in print.)
