This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of VOIP numbers. The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.
If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Just got another call from this number. Have told them before to quit calling and they hang up. Asked to speak to a supervisor this time and they hung up again.

My phone's Call Display shows out of area. No kidding. I did not know where 604 area code was until I looked it up. My area code is 705, north of Toronto. Can't imagine advertisers / sellers calling me at a number listed on the Canadian "Do Not Call" system, from British Columbia (Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond). They called at 5.56pm Aug. 19th. ...Just when I am eating supper. No message left for me, so I guess their call was not that important.
I will never answer such an unimportant call. I suspect that it was a survey, but I will never know.

listened to the message which told me to press #1 to improve my credit rating..spoke to someone and asked why they were calling...they said they worked with Mastercard and Visa and could offer better rates. Asked who they worked for....they hung up! tried to call back but the number is not in service.

Yes-at appx 5:25 MST in Alberta. No answer when I said Hello so I did the standard rapid-fire of #*#*#*#*#*# to confuse whatever was on the other end, then caled it back. "this number is not on service" said the operator-bot.

Phoned. They would not leave a message/ No name on display. I refuse to answer such calls.
