I just got a call from them 11am on Mon.  They said they saw my resume from Monster.. since this phone number is listed as a suspicious number from different sites including this one.. I gotta be suspicious who they are.

I am currently working and I also recieved a call frmo a guy who said he got my resume off of monster- I have been working at the same company for almost 5 years now?????? he didnt leave a company name or anything. I think I might owe money for parking tickets and they want me to call in to identify myself. Has anybody called this back? I owe about 400 bucks in parking tickets. ouch.

This guy called me as well from pss. He gave a 604 number but my fone says it's from GA, USA. He also said that I talked to him 8 years ago which is very odd/ impossible because I'm only been living in Canada for 4 years plus I'm only 12 by then. Lol!

I have also received several messages from Nathan at PSS at this number saying he got my resume off monster.com. I find it very strange that a potential employer would call someone obsessively just because they got their resume off of a job board. Something fishy about it. Also, the caller id is in Georgia.

About us:



We are the largest marketing and distribution organization for the financial services industry.  In business for over 33 years, we currently have the largest licensed insurance and mutual fund sales force in North America, we have over 6 million clients, and are publicly traded on the NYSE under the symbol PRI.



We are currently going through some explosive and long term growth and therefore need quality people.  I have a couple of rolls that I am looking to fill either on a part time or full time basis.  The roles are as follows:





1)      Client care advisors:



Using our proprietary software and our distribution model, you would help clients achieve their financial goals by laying out a game plan to hit their short-term and long-term goals.  We offer a free financial needs analysis (FNA) for our clients by using our software package.  The FNA will help layout a proper protection plan (insurance) if needed, will, emergency funds, debt elimination program, and savings program (RRSP, TFSA, RESP, ect).  The FNA will also give a breakdown of budget, financial standing, etc.



This role for the most part is filled by part time representatives that we train, license, and support.  A part-time commitment can be anywhere from 4-8hrs/week to 4-8hrs/month depending upon the motivation and desire of the individual.  Part time advisors are typically earning an extra $500 - $2500 per month, again depending upon the motivation and activity of the person.  This role is also available as full time as well.



Qualifications



I am not looking for people with an existing financial background as a requirement as full training will be provided.  The people I am looking to hire, train, and spend my time with should: be ambitious, motivated, enjoy working with people, coachable, enjoy learning new skills, competitive, and money motivated.



We hire independent contractors who can control their own earnings (we have no limits), who enjoy freedom of time (no set hours – you control that yourself) and enjoy the tax benefits from having their own business (i.e. write offs).  This is why this role is typically held by our part time representatives as a means to have a supplementary tax efficient income.  Time management skills are also required as you are responsible for your own time and earnings will reflect that.











2)      Branch Managers (Regional Vice President)





This role entails hiring, training, coaching, and aiding the part-time and full-time advisors.  The RVP role is a full time role once the candidate has met the qualifications, but again this role is typically started out on a part-time basis.  Again, we hire independent contractors who we will train, develop, and teach our business to.  The RVP training program will work around the candidates schedule with a goal to meet the company qualifications over a 6-18month period.  Once a candidate qualifies, they will be required to be full time to manage, maintain, and grow the branch(s).  The average income for an RVP is $100,000+



We are looking to promote 20+ candidates next year to this role, and expand that number every year after.  The simple reason for this growth is to obtain greater market share and capitalize on the unique 20+ year period of massive wealth transfer during the retirement movement lead by the baby boomer generation.



Qualifications



For this role I am looking for business minded, ambitious, determined people with a strong desire to achieve their goals (financially and personally).  We will expect a higher commitment level, communication level (with your manager), and responsibility level.   This is due to the fact that once the candidate meets company qualifications, we grant full ownership of the branch to you (the qualifying RVP).  We also grant the ability to expand beyond your own branch to multiple branches (like a franchise) without your own need of capital to fund the expansion.  If you have/had a strong desire to have your own business that you can be in charge of, and have high earning expectations and a desire to control your own schedule this may be the opportunity for you.
