credit card company saying we owe money which is incorrect...so be careful...they may want your money...they keep saying on the message that they have made many attemps to get paid but we owe nothing...I mean nothing on credit cards...so fraud in my view...

This is possibly Sirius Satellite Radio's Canadian Based telelmarketer as it keeps phoning me and just called me within 3 seconds of another call from 1 888 539 7474. They must be working for the same company. Never get a new car with free Sirius or they will harass you forever more when the "free" subscription runs out!

Boy, did you nail that one; scam doesn't even cover it.  First place; their "courtesy calls" are illegal solicitations even if they were a legit company.  The DNC applies to all solicitors, unless they are the charitable or policital ones, or someone you already have a business relationship with.  Do much for "courtesy".  And, since this is obviously a pfishing expedition for credit card info, they are liars from start to finish.  I have hit 1 and then blown a whistle in their ear, so one can do what they can to stop or at least slow the crooks down.  And before some bleeding heart chimes in here, all they need to do to stop getting a whistle in the ear is follow the law and not call me with solicitations.  Crooks deserve whatever they get.

Just got a call, a long message was left.  Sorry, not gonna transcribe it, but it was very professional-sounding, going on about how this is the last "courtesy call" they were going to make, and this is your final chance to get your cards paid down somehow or other.  Minimum balance has to be $1000.  Gee, do you think this is a scam?

Scam...wants to provide debt help for your credit card balances...this is bogus and i would not provide any information over the phone anyways.  As soon as i asked who they were and how they got my number, they hung up on me...

Nagging call about credit card

They called me today.
I answered the phone right away, and said hello several times,
but there was no one in the other end.

they keep calling my house...sometime they don't even speak, sometime they do, but like always, as soon they do.......I hang up the phone.

Just recieved a call from this number.They drive me crazy. I called back but the numbrt ia out fo service.

This is a scam. They pretend to be your credit card company, & yet they want your credit information...which of course they should already have if they're doing business with you. The phone number they call from is bull...when you call it back it's out of service, so that tells you right off the hop that it's a scam. If they're covering up the phone number they're calling from with a fake out of service number, you know they're not legitimate. Hang up on them....give no info at all.

Ticked this company is calling again. Ticked this company is targeting seniors as well. Ticked this is not an legitimate company. Ticked this company leads you to believe they are your credit card company calling to review your credit cards when in fact they do not even know what credit cards you have.

This is a telemarking firm that is trying to access your information for what ever reason and if you confront them before you hear the whole sales pitch they hang up.   Does this sound like a company you want to get involved with.

Tell them to get your name off their phone list and hang up and report them to your local crime stoppers.
