Called but no one was there

This number keeps calling and then they hang up on me!!! No idea who it is!

Answered the call and the person wanted to know if I wanted to lower the interest rate on my credit card. When asked which one she said they worked with all companies. When I said i never carry a balance so wouldn't even know the rate she hung up on me. I called back the number to  give them a piece of my mind but there was no number. A***oles,

Clear cut case of scammers, agent on the line says I pay on time with my Master Card.  Problem is I have no Master Card!
When I started grilling the agent about it, he hung up on me

The Do Not Call List has nothing to do with these type of calls.  The Business has to be a member also and none of the legit business's call you so don't blame the DNCL.  Most is done by computer anyway and you never REALLY know where its coming from.

"We have a very important message about your credit card account."  I hung up immediately. Sort of wished I'd told them to f*ck off first though.  The number was local so I answered it.  I'll block it now.

They called me to off a lifetime lowest interest rate on my visa or MC. I told them I don't have either and they hung up on me immediately!! How rude!

Having a cup of tea and watching an interesting show on the television when I got interrupted by this number (604-435-2043).  Foolishly I answered without really looking closely at the number.  I have relatives in British Columbia and just assumed it was one of them.  I answered and there was no one responding.  Guess I will have to watch the numbers more closely next time.  Funny, I was just thinking today that the phone had been very quiet for these scammers over the last week or so.  Guess I jinxed myself.

I just got the call and I told them that they called us 18 times and enough is enough. He apologized for the company and said he would remove my number from the call list. We will see if he will

The automated message said something about this is my 2nd notice to reduce my credit card payments and press 1 to speak to someone. I pressed 1 to speak to someone about removing my number from their call list. The person on the line started to talk to me about reducing my interest rates on my credit card. I asked them the name of their company to which he replied "Card Services" I asked him how he got my number and he said "That is not a relevant question. Call your credit card company" and then he hung up. I don't have credit card debt and clearly this is a scam.

j'ai recu un appel de ce numéro. le gars anglophone disait qu'il était de visa cibc et m'offrait de réduire le taux d'intéret sur ma carte.  Il me demandait ma limite de crédit et la date d'expiration pour vérification que c'était bien moi.  Je lui ai dit que c'est lui qui venait de m'appeler et qu'il devait savoir que c'était moi.  Je ne lui ai fourni aucune information.
J'ai appelé à CIBC pour signaler le tout, je leur ai donné le no. soit le 604-435-2043, le taux est transféré au département des fraudes.

No message, call continuously. Please have these idiots stop. Somewhere there is a room full of even more idiots making minimum wage to call and harrass all of us at home/work. If I wanted to use someone's service - to lower my interest, go on a cruise, etc. I'd be making the calls myself, not accepting a 'deal' from someone I don't know over the phone. STOP ALREADY, your really annoying and by my having to avoid unknown numbers I'm also missing phone calls from potential employers, hate these people whoever and wherever you are.

I just got a call from them I asked for there address and she said she could not give it to me I said you want my card info. But you can't give me your address told her to f?&,.$&$(:&:!?,! And not to call here again so watch out they are a scam I,m calling the police

me too ,i just received the call today .with and autonmatic message saying this is the last call and final ..bla bla bla ..press 1 .got a man  start his speech  that interest will be low and asked me to get my last statement ..i told him as you just mention that im a good payer even if you offer me 1% im not interested ..he hangs up ,,,,   hope that one authority will be able to report  this
