Trying to scam me into buying warranty on my vehicle.  Funny thing is I don't have one and they tried to get me to buy the warranty for a family member's vehicle.  
I told them to remove this number from current and upcoming lists and Never Ever call again and hung up.
The reality is that this number probably won't appear, but they will call under another number, just as every other scammer, telemarketer and surveyors.  
TO ALL TELEPHONE COMPANIES AND GOVERNMENTS - SHUT THESE HARASSING AND ANNOYANCE CALLS DOWN ALREADY!  MAKE IT ILLEGAL FOR ANY COMPANY, PERSON, BUSINESS, CORPORATION, ETC. TO SOLICIT ANY PERSON, PERSONAL HOUSEHOLD BY ANY MEANS, FLYERS, EMAIL, TELEPHONE, DOOR KNOCKING!

just called me, and made me confused ...

These fukkers called my work mobile # this morning...automated voice said my car's warranty was about to expire. I hung up right away. Like I need to get more calls on my work phone.
Does anyone know how they get your number, or is it a random thing?

must be a busy a**hole, just call me on my cell, i have a brand new truck so it made me question what was going on, when i asked what company i was speaking with i was hung up on.

Called me on my work cell phone.  Why isn't it illegal to make this type of call to a cell number?  Would a class action law suit be possible to recover minute charges?

Got a call from this number about my vehicle warranty expiring??! I have a older vehicle that has no warranty and as well, I don't have any dealings with companies in BC since I live in Alberta.

I received a call this afternoon from this number : 1-604-484-1934 , when I said hello HELLO  no one answered. So I called back several times , it would ring about four , five times than I got a busy signal .

Just got this call on a cell phone for which no one has the number - auto warranty. When I tried to inquire for what car it was and the number they wanted so I could be removed, the broad hung up.

Just called me here at work where we have a fleet of vehicles...so I proceeded to see what vehicle they were referring to.  When I finally got a human on the phone he asked for the make model and year of the vehicle I was calling about.  I told him "you tell me....you called".  I guess he didn't like that one because he hung up.  Irate as usual about these ignorant people who have the nerve to call and interrupt my day at work and then hang up on me????  What the heck!!  Cant something be done about these calls???  Why aren't businesses allowed to have their spot on the "do not call"??  Can someone tell me how to zap these guys permanently and anyone else...which there are several who hang up on me!!

It's a scam. They called me about a "final warning for auto warranty" and I don't even own a vehicle...

Called at 9:00 at night, tried to call right back... rings 3 times and then I get a busy tone. Liiked up the number but there is nithing available

Maybe somebody at the BC Motor Dealers Association should "pry theie a$$e$ "out of their office chairs and talk to the RCMP ... and save us all some air time ... etc.

Phone call was received on March 11,2010. I did not answer since I was away from the phone. Phone indicated there was a voice mail but when I went to check, no message was there(not surprising if this is a scam). Did not make a return call. Now I'm glad that I didn't. I wanted to find out more about the number since I did not recognize it. Hard to believe what people will do to cheat others!!

Have received calls from this number a couple of times. First time it was the automobile warranty crap and today I hung up as soon as the recording said it was the second notice. Don't have a clue how they got this phone number as it is unlisted.

Both myself and my husband own vehicles which the warranties were up on for a few years already.  Is there anything that can be done to stop these people from calling?  I tried to call back but it just rang.  No one answered, not even a machine.  I find it insulting that they think we are that freakin stupid!  Are there actually people that fall for this?

Tried the DO NOT CALL message ion my cell...didn't work.  Next time this number calls and I pick up....I'll ask speak to the person in charge....then go up the ladder from there

Got a call reminding me that this was the last chance to renew the warranty on my vehicle. It is out of warranty anyhow. I pressed 1 to speak to an agent and she asked for the make year and model of the vehicle. When I replied nicely that first I wanted to know why they were calling me, she slammed the phone down.

They called my work number as well...that was my first clue that it was a scam since it's a new number and it's been a while since my warranty expired anyway.  There was an option at the end of the recording to "press 2 to be removed from the follow-up call list".  I pressed 2 and got disconnected.  Hopefully they won't call back!

I got the same call about expired warrnaty "press #1 to be connected" so I did.  A woman asked for my make and model.  I asked what for which of my three  vehicles?  They hung up.  Clearly a scam, if it was legitimate they would have my make and model.  I tried calling the original number back, first got a message from the phone company saying it was long distance, add a zero and try again.  So I did but just got a busy signal.

I just got my third call from these do***e bags on my cell which is on the national do not call list...

This people callme a lot of times, to my home to my cell even to my wife cell, I don't not where they get the numbers. I was scary because of the waranty expire,,, and bla bla bla. So I looked in the internet by the number and I found that is a stupid people trying to get your credit card numbers............. Be carefull and tk for all this people who report this things

Just got the call on my fido prepaid cellphone.  Since registering with the DNC list doesnt seem to be working (from what I've read here) perhaps answering the call and playing with them wouldnt hurt.  Just feed them as much BS as you can with the main goal being to keep them on the line wasting as much time as possible and or be as belligerent as possible...LOL

My guess is that they are building a Working list of valid cell #'s for what ever reason. The warranty garbage is smoke. If you answered this call You are now on their list of active cell numbers. A target as it were. Be Aware of the ramifications of this sort of phreaking.
