In the fax she stated that somebody with the same name as my father and his nationality had opened an account and had deposited 17.1 mio USD and never claimed it in the last 18 years.

seems to me that only the sender and fon/fax numers are different from fax to fax.
Very interesting for me: the fon-nummer showed in my fon-software comes is again different: 001 613 701 0200.
Maybe this is the "correct"-sender-fax-number ?

It's a spoof-fax, like the mails 15 years ago:
"My name is ... from (any african country).... dead Investor....17 Mil US$....let share it...
The email you can at simply delete - as a fax it costs MY ink & paper.
They seem to use EFAX.COM as a sending tool - I try to contact them and see what can be done about it - most probably nothing I assume...
