HI,
This telephone belongs to Allstream Corporation a division of AT&T. It is a fax auto dialer. They have an account with the telephone company called Telus. In order to have them stop calling you please call 1-866-617-6355. This is an automated system which will ask you to provide the telephone number who is calling you 604-519-0215 and then it will prompt you to put your telephone number. This will generate a fax to be sent to the company so your telephone number can be remove from the list. I got somewhat frustrated at finding this info. Hopefully this will resolve the issue. Good luck!

Sory Sylvie you are incorrect.
It is actually a collections agency called NCO Finacial.
They can be reached at 1-888-882-9241
Call them, give your name and phone number and ask them to stop calling you.
Or pay your bill so it doesn't affect your credit.
;)

my 13 yr son got a call from this number. his phone is based in san jose, CA. i am pretty sure he doesn't owe anybody any money so my guess is that it's not an above board collections agency if it's a collections agency at all.

Seems to be a routing number so companies don't necessarily have to dial long distance. I received an expected call from the QANTAS North American call centre which identified as that number on call display.

I got a call tonight from this number, but it was actually my friend in New York. It didn't show up as being him even though I have him in my phone book. He phoned back after our call disconnected, and then my caller ID identified it as him. Weird.

Guy called me saying he was from ASM financial and said he had a buyer for my car which I have listed. In order to proceed with the sale I had to give them a $500 handling fee, but the buyer was willing to pay more than I asked, so I we be ahead...... smells like a scam.

I received a call from this number too, it was a friend calling from FL, U.S ,the number´s area code is from BC Canada, where I live that´s why I know it. I think this phone number is a kind of router for long distance calls, maybe that´s why every body has a different version of the story. ;)

My husband and I both got called by this number while visiting B.C within a day of arriving. Our numbers are WA state. Very frustrating. How did they know BOTH numbers and that we were in Canada? I don't appreciate having to pay for these calls.

This is a photo copier scam. They pretend to be returning a call for service for your photo copier. They simply identify themselves as "This is the service department returning your call. Please give me the model number of your copier." They ask what the model number of your copier is so they can sell your contact info to people who sell supplies and service for that copier. If you ask them the name of their company they just hang up. What a bunch of sleazy scum bags.

Bennji is an a-hole who is a part of the scam.
It has nothing to do with credit.

This appears to be an access number to the local Telus network from various VoIP systems. A recent call was from a relative in Georgia who had called on a US telephone company calling card.
As such, you could receive calls from various VoIP servers such as Skype, Magic Jack and a host of others. Even various US telephone companies are using VoIP to route calls. So, while much of it might be spam or nuisance calls, some may be ligitimate and the caller may have no knowledge of how the call is routed. The wonders of our modern "untracable" age, eh?

604-519-0215 -- this is an international call, why are they calling?

Just got this call on my home #. When I answered the call disconnected. I thought that the number looked familiar so I thought that I would do a reverse look up and to no avail. I came upon this post and thought I would put in My 2 cents.

Calling my landline (Vancouver area)
From what I have read :
Other websites have said that they do get a 1-800 number with reference # to call back - This is called 'skip tracing' - debt collectors are trying to track down a cold trail..I know for a fact there are no debts here... but because our last name is ( somewhat) common - we do get this kind of thing from time to time. However, in my case there was no message left on the answering machine.
I also called that number back (#67) - not even a ring - just a loud dial tone - won't go through.
other websites say it is with this firm- ( a very unscrupulous collection agency apparently, from web accounts) -so if you get a 1-800 number somebody probably skipped out on their student loan ( with your last name! )
NCO Financial
New Westminster, BC
Tel.: (604) 540-1200
Fax: (604) 540-1220
I cannot say, since I did not pick up - I may next time.
