I was with these idiots for almost half a year. They were located in a strip mall, "recruited" new members in garage parking lots, bus stops and fast food restaurants. They talked about how much money they made but then had to beg at group meetings for money for new projectors.

This MLM outfit requires those with no morals about pressure selling, even to friends and family, and is a total waste of time. Selling idiots dreams is what they do. I joined them to network but the human refuse they recruit have no connections unless you want to know people who've done time.

chris lesh (604)339-0806 talks about what looks like a good company with a favorable track record.i
looked into the company before trying to make any kind of decision.   here's what i found to check out  http://www.live-pr.com/en/primerica-completes ... r1048432994.htm and  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1000142405274 ... 0564793184.html and http://www.marketwatch.com/story/primerica-in ... nk=MW_news_stmp and  http://www.bbb.org/ottawa/business-reviews/fi ... ngston-on-19663

also i called the insurance council of bc like someone suggested on heree (604)688-0321.  this company is registered with the council to distributute insurance.
i called the bc securities commission (604)899-6500 and there also registered with the commission to distribute securities.http://www.bcsc.bc.ca/Search/Results.asp?s=primerica#.
i called the better business bureau just in case (604)682-2711. the bbb gives primerica at 25 king edward st, coquitlam a b rating on a scale of a+ down to an f. the person said they they don't have a rating higher than a b because there isn't enough sufficient information.no complaints in the past 3 years.their rcords only go back 3 years. that primerica building isn't a member of the bbb but they said that that doesn't mean anything good or bad and that alot of good companies aren't members.
i'm going to give this business a shot.  with what i found, i don't know why some people are writing crap on here about the company or chris. do people enjoy announcing negative stuff whether its true or not more than they enjoy announcing  positive stuff?

There's obviously some sort of an underground conspiracy network happening here.  As someone who knows Chris, has worked with him, and also knowing the good that this company has done for my financial security, I will be keeping a very sharp eye on this page from now on and any negative comment will be immediately overshadowed by an intelligible, well written, and virtuous counterargument.

I got the same phone call from Chris, however i was intruiged and went to see what it was all about. And it's actually not a bad gig, don't have to do much work people come to you and it's good for some extra cash on the side as a part time gig. It may not be for some people, I was and never will be one to harass my friends and family and made it clear to the Primerica group and we worked with my principles and i still can't complain. Nothing wrong with a lil extra cash in the pocket is there?

Exact same story repeated with me as well. I am from India with substantial experience in IT/Software project and program management. I have floated my resume at Monster.ca.  He asked me if "i have program management experience". I replied "yes, i do". Then he told me that he has good opportunity with a start up finance company. I googled and reached here. Looks like it definitely is not my cup of tea.

His name is Chris Lesh working with Primerica Canada. He calls from 604-525-7023, but leaves a call back # of 604-710-7149. It's a good company. I used to work with him actually.  Nice guy.  However, be forewarned that he calls A LOT of people. His role is to find quality people for the expansion of the Primerica offices. It won't matter how nice or descent a person he his or the company is, since it's inevitable that he's going to run into people who are overly skeptical or irritated by the smallest things when he's going through numbers that massive!

I wonder if the information on the internet is monitored:

And these big companies may have pretty good filters!

Well, that research took a total of 10 minutes and for some reason I'm still not adverse to doing business or working with any one of them.

I received a phone call from this guy. He knew my name and I asked him how he knew me. He said he called a while ago and said he liked how professional i sounded over the phone. He tried to set up an interview. I told him I wanted to think about it and he said he'll call back in a week. He wouldn't give me any details regarding the company, said we had to meet in person. I was really weirded out by it so I googled his name and fell on this page, THANK GOD.

I recently arrived to Canada from Australia and put up a resume on Monster.ca. I just received a call from this Chris Lesh bloke saying he was interested in my "customer relations" skills and tried to set up an interview with me at an odd time of 7pm. I immediately hit Google for answers. I was overwhelmed with what I found. The cons far surpass that pros. This company sounds like they manipulate those who are already weak. They also don't seem to offer any packages substantially better than other companies who don't seem heartless. I'm glad to hear this is an American-based company and does not fully represent the good people of Canada. STAY AWAY !!

just got a call from chris, he asked me when I was closing......I don't have a service with an open or closing hour, its a personal training service so.....anyway I asked him questions as his question was odd in my business and he was very quick to say he would call me tomorrow and when he was free as he was at work or something.
I do not want him to call back and ironically I have been getting a ton of 1800 calls from  525 numbers which I do not answer so in order for me to answer I have to recognize the number somewhat so this time he called from this number which is my area code so thinking its legitimate business I answer, bet he knew that too.............will be reporting this to the no call list etc.

My friend never applied and its a new number. SCAM!!!! I looked into it and they asked for money. NO employment asks for money to get hired.

$212.93 will get you trained for the provincial license to sell life insurance. SCAM!!!!! Look it up Google.

Yup.  I got the same call.  I know exactly what's going on.  I'm a client of Primerica.  It's a GOOD company.  They've done a lot more for my financial situation than any bank would ever do!  I was introduced to the part-time opportunity a while back.  I don't agree with the way they hire people though.  It's self employment so they have the choice of finding people through word of mouth, getting referrals by talking to friends and family and putting the word out that way, advertising, calling resumes, talking to strangers (like Investors Group), knocking on doors (like Edward Jones), cold calling, and/or...  They can take their pick.  In this case, our friend(?) has chosen cold calling as his modus operandi.  Not breaking any rules.  It's just not something that I approve of.
