i got a missed call from this number..

I got this call yesterday and i'm not even with Rogers... my gf who is also with koodo got the same call today.

Not to worry ppl. The company "AND" it's actual address has been found and the ppl who will be visiting them do not call 911. they'll be dealing with them personally.Would really be surprised if there's any phones computers or any means of communication left when they leave.Sorry if that seems too harsh "BUT make an example out of one of them and the rest will think twice and know they can be found

just got a call from them at 8:14 pm central time and I did not pick it up. After reading all these comments, I'm glad I didn't pick up. We should report this no.

Just got a call from this no. on my iphone.  didn't answer it.

its not someon that wants to come over and help me paint my house.
whenever someone is there I ask if they have a squeaky chair? why cant they buy you normal chairs? gawd your lower back must hurt? can you drink water on the job? are you scared of deadly phone germs from the last person that was slobering into the microphone? i'd chew alot of gum if i was you and spit alot. is the floor coverd with spitt here? you know in China theres a thousand dollar fine for spitting in the stret and sitting bull (the Indian) said if you spit on the ground you spit on yourself. did you knoew that? and on and on and then I say " I have to go take a dump but it was nice talking to you" bye.

It's not Zellers it's just a random company, this number said I was a valued Rogers customer.

this BC number called me in nova scotia??? if it really is some marketing thing...they should get their a**es kicked...time zone difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be more considerate please!  :s

I just got a call too!  1:53 EST.  Valued Canadian Tire customer (Not!), and they wanna give me $3,000 travel dollars.  To accept, press 1.

Obviously, you never press 1.

They should improve their scams though... If Canadian Tire was offering me cash, it'd probably be 'Canadian Tire' money.

Just received a call from this number, claiming to be Canadian Tire.
This call was received on my cellphone, my carrier is Rogers and I am in the Saskatoon area.

I received a mobile call from this number. Press 1 but didn't acknowledge any information further, line terminated a little while during which a male voice seems between mid-20 to early 30's asked if I'm over 5 yrs old. Ofcourse the initial voice was female and something about winning 3k from canadian tire.

Sounds suspecious so I immediately came online to verify and here I am now writing this.

I saved this number to my phone under "F***ing Telemarketer"  I have several other numbers stored under this name - I just use the: home, business, fax, mobile subheadings.

For all those who ask "how did they get my number because its unlisted"  Well all the have to do is start dialing at 111-1111 and keep going until they get to 999-9999 - an automated dialing device does not get tired.  Then they change area codes and start all over again.

As for being a valued customer of Zellers, Canadian Tire etc.  that's just plain crap and a lucky guess.  Who hasn't shopped there?  Gives them a hint of legitiamacy.  They have no connection with these companies.

This is a spammer, claiming you have won some money.

canadian tire  promo scam saying i wion 3000 dollars ya right  " press 1"

Got a call at 3 pm.  Too busy working so I rejected it.  Call their number but it says Not In Service.

they said

"because you are a rogers customer you will receive 3000 travel dollars, press 1 to accept now"
