They just called me and I wonder if they work for Rogers just to screw us cell phone owners up

this number 583-3756 is from a comany that sell cars for people, apparently they do fairly well at it, a friend of mine signed up with them to sell his 2009 charger they got him  a buyer in only a few weeks when he had it up for sale in local papers for over two month prior to that. cost him like 300 bucks but he got what he was asking for the car. so now you know why they are calling you hope this helps. i was searching this number to try and find the company address but cant find anything if anybody knows it please post

they always call and when we pick up no one is ever there.

you guys are silly, the call display for me says empire vehucle solutions. so google that. dont know if its a scam or the financeing thing sounds like it might help, has anyone actually signed up with them or are you just talking out your a$$, cause im kind of sick of re-posting my own car adds and only getting scams or low ball offers. so please let me know.

I just got a call from "Dawn". I Googled 604 area code and found it was BC. I live near Toronto so my hackles went up. I am also on the DNCL and would love to know how to pursue this matter. These "people" really need a good kick in *ss.

Dawn called me too. I had another guy call twice doing the same thing. Between these people, autotrader reps who want me to upgrade my ad and Paypal scammers I'm starting to wonder if any REAL people actually buy cars like this anymore.  Maybe I should have taken the lowball bid and traded my car in at the dealer.

I got a call from Dawn too. I'd been try to sell my car for 2 months with no luck except for people in nigeria wanting to send $ through paypal so i decided to give it a try, 3 weeks later i sold my car with the financing they offer. Thanks so much Dawn, we really needed the extra cash for the new baby!

I also got a message from Dawn asking if my car was still for sale and if it was to call her back at the 604-583-3756 number.  The name on my call display said EVM.  I searched the telus phone book for EVM - no records.  then I did a reverse search to find who had this phone number.  the answer that popped up was surprising.  It belongs to a G Lance in Ontario.  strange for a BC number.  Then I googled this number and found all the helpful information from you guys out there.  Thanks for the information.  I won't be calling "Dawn" either.

I got a call from a girl at 604-583-3756 about my car for sale too. I'm in alberta and it was a BC # but i didn't google the # first. So i signed up for them to do all the work for me and my car sold in 2 1/2 weeks. I had been advertizing myself for 5 months with no luck. It was easy and i got exactly what i wanted for the car. So don't judge a book by its cover!

I got a message from Dawn...enquiring about my car for sale.  I'm in Grande Prairie, and the number is obviously a BC number, which tripped a warning in my mind.  She called on Sept 1st.  And I keep getting a call from "Matt" from a blocked number, not sure if it's the same people or not.  He's called twice.

They left a message on my answering machine asking if I still had my vehicle for sale and to call them back at 604-583-3756.  The call was too smooth to likely be an actual person that was interested in my vehicle.  I don't know if it was the same number or not but I've already had two previous calls that really were not interested in buying my car but rather trying to get me to advertise with them.

Some one from this # called and asked if I still got my car for sale and left a this number for me to call back so I tried these jerks called me once before and I told them to F*#K OFF. Seems I might be doing that again. and by the way thanks for the info about the DO NOT CALL LIST I will be sure to use that too.

I just got a call from this number about a vehicle i am selling.   Why do people waste my time??????????

These guys keep calling me.  I'm getting sick of it.
They got my # from either the auto trader, buysell.com or kijiji.
They call and ask like they are interested in buying for themselves and then try and sell you advertising.
I am on the "do not call list" and I am registered.  FYI people if your # is registered with the DNCL and they call, it is a 15,000 fine to their company and a 1,500 dollar fine to the person that called!
Remind them of this!

Yeah i got a voice mail message from this lady on Aug 24/09.  She was interested in my vehicle online. She sounded like she was in a call centre. I could hear other voices and noises in the background of her message. It is long distance for me so regardless, im not calling back!
