Phone rings - we wait for the answering machine to answer
and there is no one there

I think this number is for a charity telemarketer for the Surrey Women's Centre.   It looks familiar and no they don't answer.  It is an alternate call display.

I get a call from this number way too many times and never anyone there

answered the call and someone was clearly on the line but didn't say anything then hung up
