I was wrong. I finally decided to answer the phone when that # showed up on the display and it ends up that it was General Motors customer service. They just wanted to know if I still had my chevy and if I wanted some coupons (for being a customer). I would go ahead and answer because until I did today, they'd called twice a day all week.

I'm pretty sure it's from the Premium Reader's Club, based in B.C. We've been screening our calls because of issues with them, and it's probably them.
