wells fargo auto finance....i'm 8 days past due...made payment lastnight and they called wanting to know why i was late..i told them it was none of their business

I don't know who this is.....

A couple years ago a computer glitch removed $4,000 from my Wells Fargo account..they would not admit the error, or, put the money back.  I sued and prevailed with no admission of guilt from Wells Fargo.  Last year I had a slight stroke and was in the hospital for two days.  When I got home Wells Fargo had started calling my phone 6 to 8 times daily because I had not been able to get to the bank and deposit car payment money.  I called them and explained I will mail in the 2 day late payment when I am able to get to the bank and to please stop calling because the calls cause me extra stress I did not need at that time.  The calls did not stop.  I had the number disconnected and changed to a private number.  Wells Fargo than got my Fax number and started calling it 6 to 8 times daily.  This phone does not ring, it just automatically goes into Fax mode.  I made my payment that was late, and was asked to provide a number they can call me on..I told them no freakin way, "you didn't care about my situation, so now, I don't care about YOU". So now I am getting the 6 to 8 calls a day on my fax number for a reason I do not know why..my payment is not behind..and I only have 5 more months and I will be free of them.  DO NOT finance your car with these people, they will hound you to death..so Wells...my Fax sound will all you ever hear from me until we are done..FOREVER....

They are annoying Wells Fargo

This number is from the famous Wellsfargo bank..
Doesn't matter if your a day late they will start the process of calling you all day long & daily.
Once Wellsfargo gets a phone number log into there data base it is then randomly called through-out the day and if you answer most of the time you have to wait for them to answer or it just hangs up.  They have so many calls being made at the same time that they can't even connect with you sometimes which explains the hang ups if you do answer one of there 50+ phone numbers they hide behind.

I've been a loyal customer for many years and recently I just totaled my vehicle. The insurance company paid off all but a couple thousand. I'm still paying them for the remainder which is correct but when the bill is only a day or two late. (Pay day times) The calls are continual and from of course many different numbers.

You may be ok now but later down the road even if you are late a couple days you will never get peace and quiet from your telephone again..   Just FYI to anyone considering....

I'm a few payments away of never having to do business with them again thank-god!!
Years of hell with there tactics is almost over and I can't tell you how great this feels........

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH WELLSFARGO, THEY WILL SCREW YOU THE FIRST CHANCE THEY GET...

I will NEVER go through Wells Fargo again. They are calling about 6 times a day and every time they call it's a different area code. I have been with them for 5 years and never once missed a car payment or was late. About 3 years ago I called to defer a payment and they agreed to it, immediately they harassed me for a late payment took me talking to 2 supervisors to get it straightened out.
Present time..... I made my payment last month and the calls started again I called back and she said your payment is late...no it's not. Well your loan matured in June and you owe XXX but I deferred a payment she said it doesn't matter the loan matured in June you owe us the balance today.
Unbelievable that I was never told I would still owe the balance of the loan maturity and I of course don't have the money till the end of the month when my payment would be due. She agreed to make arrangements with me and gives me 10 days. No kidding a day later the calls started again and now it's 5 days later and the calls are almost every 2 hours now. Unbelievable they treat good customers this way!!

I've told them not to call my work # on numerous occasions. They continue to call even after payments have been made.

Yeah, after making many many many payments to  them in the past 3-4 years, I'm late by 3 days,(I have a 10 day grace period mind you) and the calls start in. What I would like to know is ..what kind of a person would take a job where you harass good people all day every day. I can't imagine going home every night and having to play back in my head  all the** bs** conversations I had all day long. These collectors are so rude, how can they live with any peace of mind at all. God help us all.

If your name is "Teresa", please call Wells Fargo back.  They keep calling my work number.  Do you know the number you gave is a Federal office?!

If you are late on your payments there is nothing you can do to stop the company from calling. Also on the other hand you are also protected. According to the FDCAP laws (Fair Debt Collections Act Practices) they can call you up to five times a day and only between certain hours. Once they start exceeding the five daily calls start printing off copies of your phone records. Once you have 8 or 10 of those compiled you have options. You can go online and contact the the Better Business Bureau or you can go find you a good lawyer. You also have to inform them to quit calling you so many times a day.

we ended up having to change our home number because even though we told them that they had the wrong number, they kept on calling. All hours and all day and evening.

I do not even have an account with Wells Fargo, and I keep getting calls, even after I took the time to tell them they have a wrong number and to stop calling this number, they have called me every hour for the last 5 hours.  This should be harrassment.

I do not have an account with Wells Fargo, never had one, don't want one, don't want an extended auto warranty or anything else they have.

Wells Fargo Number, I have a list of about 15 numbers they use to call from. Yes, I do fall behind about a week because of the way my paychecks fall. I get calls 5-10 times a day from all different numbers. This probably counts as harrastment. One time I was talking to a rep on the phone, and not even three minutes later the phone is ringing in my ear, low and behold its wells fargo calling from aniother number. And when I was giving them the confirmation number for my online payment. What a massive pain.

They will call even if you have payment arrangements. They have called 6 times today and I spoke with someone on Thursday about payment arrangements. They will start this harassment the day after your payment is late. (Even if you have been with them for 4 years!) Beware before you finance with them.

Call like 8 or 9 times a day... s driving family nuts.
Arrangments have even already been made to pay...

Just LOVE the deceptive caller ID practices of a "legitimate" bank.
