It is in fact Cigna Home delivery Pharmacy, They will call to either to set you up because you have insurance with them (some plans have mandatory mail order) or because you have refills that need to be filled or there might be a problem with one of your orders and they are trying to get a hold of you.

I have repeatedly told Cigna we do not want home delivery...medicine doses, etc. change too often. Now they start repeatedly calling, and not leaving a message. Very annoying!

Called on my cell that very few people even know the number. Left a garbled voice mail.....I don't even HAVE health insurance so I doubt if it's Cigna Home Delivery, as above says.
