I've had my cell phone number for years, so it's not someone's old debt...and I don't have Verizon, so it's not legitimate.  If I were those of you who have waited through the prompts, I'd watch my cell phone bills closely.  I think you may be getting billed for the time you were on those "wait-through-the-prompts" calls.  Third-party companies have you on the line and they can charge you by billing your present carrier, and there's not much your real carrier can do.  

I was not happy with the service and canceled it. They told me I could not cancel it . I paid them all I owed plus a late fee and again told them to cancel and the harasesment goes on. Thank God for caller Block

don't know who it is but if it IS Verizon they are calling the wrong number on this one. called a BUSINESS line which is through AT&T and has been for a VERY VERY long time.

I had the same problem.  I called verizon I forget the name of the person who they asked for.  Now they will not tell me.  I would post his name everywhere.  I have so many calls on my rejection list from veriozon, and now I'm blocking them online.

THIS NUMBER CALLS MY FAX EVERY SINGLE DAY EVEN THOUGH ITS ON THE BLOCK JUNK FAX LIST. U WOULD THINK THEY WOULD GET THE HINT ITS A FAX NOBODY WILL ANSWER! ITS ANNOYING TO LISTEN TO EVERY 2 HOURS READY TO CHANGE THE NUMBER!

Receive calls all day, very day from this number. No one is ever on the line and if I call back I am placed on hold forever only to be disconnected. I know that I do not owe any outstanding debts to ANYONE, nor do any of my family members so I am not sure why they are calling here. We've only had this number for a year though- so maybe they are looking for the previous owner? I just want it to STOP. My hubby works 3rd shift and we have an infant. Every time the phone rings it wakes at least one of them up. Anyone know how to get a real human on the line so this will end?!

get calls every day all day, they do not say anything. they call at 8:45 almost every night which I thought was against the law if it is a solicitor of any kind. I want it to stop now.

they call me once a month a don't leave a message. would like them to stop. If I ever actually speak to them I'll ask them for their information so I can verfiy they are legitimate. I'll also identify myself as a national security office who is prohibited by law from divulgiing information and need to know how they got my informaton

This company continues to call my cell phone looking for a person I dont know.  I have asked them to stop and yet the calls continue.

I receive calls from this company - IC Systems (on my caller ID) - every morning at 8:30 am.  No one is there and when I call back I get a recording that "my call is important and that my call will be answered in the order in which it was received."  Well they leave me on hold for over 15 mins and then disconnect me.  I want these calls to stop.

Received a robo-call, with nobody on the other end, just an automated voice.  After two attempts "to connect me" they said they would try me again later.  (THEY CALLED ME AND PUT ME ON HOLD!?!?!)

They keep calling my minor granddaughter.  Several times a day.  Quit already!

I used to get the calls, If I don't personally know the number, I don't answer. Always one or two rings, I wait fourth voicemail but nothing! At first I thought it was a friend in Ohio. My phone is the Kyocera TNT by Virgin Mobile. So somebody got paid to sell personal number. There needs to be a crackdown and accountability fir these yahoos...

We started getting calls from this number as soon as we activated my husband's new phone. I called them back because I read here it was a collections company. I have had to do this with my work number many times because the previous employee is basically a deadbeat. The companies appreciate the heads up.

They are calling twice a day. It is a new cell phone

This worthless company is calling me instead of someone who changed their number to not get these calls and yet i am stuck with them calling. They call me once a day and it goes straight to voice mail. I love how on their site they have a contact page with customer complaints being on of their query options but the link is "broken".

Don't know how they got my home number.  Refused to say who it was only that the call is being recorded.

got a call did not recognize number, looked it up said NCO Financial don't know how they got my number i changed it and did not give it to anyone but relatives and drs.
Stop CALLLING...

If Verizon would bill clients accurately they would not need collection companies to try to collect money.
In my case they billed me for 750 minutes in a month, when I called them to dispute the charges and to let them know that the numbers listed in my bill did not even show up on my phone registry, they told me that I must have erased them. I erased Verizon instead.
