I have the Textnow app and I keep receiving calls from this number on there at least 3 times a day. Judging from these other comments, it's ebay, but I've never dealt with ebay in my life. This is extremely irritating and I'm stuck on how to stop it.

I have asked many times to stop calling and yet they keep calling. I wish i could walk into the building they work in.

Ebay collections (IC Systems)
claim I owe money to EBAY for an account I dont have. Told them quickly I own stocks in EBAY but have never used the site.
I called EBAY investor relations about it. Suppose to be investigating the issue.

calls 5 or more times a day and never leaves a message. When I answer I get a recorded message telling me to stay on the line for an important message. I wait several minutes, using up my phone minutes, and nobody comes on.
