Eduardo Abadia is a scam.  Don't even waste your time with him.  His broken english at best was a big give away coupled with a gmail address.  Below is his current email and phone number which he is using.
Funny to think they think people will give them money upfront!  Just idiots really.

415 857 2387 and the email address:  eduardojoelabadia@gmail.com.

Thank you for confirming what I thought. I read his email address I am sure Keller Williams does not make their agents use a gmail account i am just disappointed we are looking for a home we are in a rental and the property owner doesn't want to rent it out anymore we have to be out by March. We live in Aromas and would like to stay in the area. Does Keller Williams even have rentals. Thank you again

Thanks everyone for informing me and posting all of this as he found me on Craig's list as I was looking for an apt. and put in an ad here in NYC.
He sent me emails with amazing apts (pics)  for exactly what I wanted to pay with NO FEE (lol, as the $3500 he asked for the landlords to be ready to pay tomorrow and he would SEND me the lease and I could pick up the keys - that would be the FEE and I would get no apartment..
I decided to google him and I have found all of your postings here and I still want to thank you for saving me from this.  The phone number he has been using now is :  415 857 2387 and the email address:  eduardojoelabadia@gmail.com.
He also set up an InLinked account and also a Facebook Acct all with pictures and then he also has he own website that he obviously set up  himself with Keller Williams.

I have received his emails as well. Unfortunately I already filled the application and gave him my personal information. This is quite silly of me!

I haven't paid anything, and hopefully nothing would happen to me.

This guy contacted me via email after I posted rental wanted ads on craig's list too. The deal sounded too good to be true. He claimed to be an agent from Keller Williams in San Francisco. I just spoke to Charlene Delaney (the former owner of the Keller Williams office that USED to be in San Francisco. She has never heard of him, and a name search shows no such agent in all of CA. The above number was where he called me from. I asked to view the property and he keeps presuring for the $2500 fee to be paid via moneygram to someone in Georgia. Beware

I received an email from a Robert Keasley who stated he was an agent for Keller Williams.
I google searched him..NOTHING!
I checked this site for the phone number listed and saw the above posts!
I called Keller Williams directly and they DO NOT HAVE AN AGENT with that name!

This is a SCAM!  I also reported him to Craigslist.
Its sad that there are ads on Craigslist for houses etc that are scams and now I have people emailing me in reponse to my ads that are spam.

Be smart..and report this person!
I plan to find additional information on how to hand him over to authorities.
This is getting ridiculous!

This is a scam.  This guy (claims to be Robert Keasley usamuel7@gmail.com) responded to my ad looking for a place to rent on Craigslist and sent me some listings in my area for houses for rent.  After many red flags I did my research and found that both properties were for sale through other realtors and they are not for rent.  After asking him for his DRE# and some information on the actual landlord, he no longer responds.  I have reported him to not only both the realty offices of the properties he sent me, but also to Craigslist and other appropriate people.  It definitely pays to do your homework.

For della:  please make sure the place he got you into is actually legitimate.  I worry that he is using places that are empty cause they are for sale and vacant right now.
