most likely a debt collector. They call from the same or different number everyday at least twice a day. I am gonna file a suit against them for harrassment.

The rules mean nothing to these spammers/scammers/phishers any more. Oh, for the good old days when the phone was mainly used for family and office communications, and office communications stopped at 5 PM, including Saturdays and especially Sundays. Family call time was after 5 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays. (I exaggerated a bit here, but you get the idea. Junk phone calls just did not happen. Sort of. Most of the time.)
