I answered the phone when they called today and one of the first things I heard was, "Do NOT hang up!" The guy then proceeded to tell me my home had been selected to receive a free General Electric security system. I'm not sure if the man on the other end was a robo-caller or not; he sounded real but his pitch was so perfect that I think it was recorded.

Either way, don't answer the call. Yet another sales pitch and/or scam.

My Caller I,D,  says 605-724-6090 is "Armour SD".    Basically I answered to tell them to STOP CALLING me !!    They offer a "free" GE Home Alarm Systen & "free" installation .   The guy went into his sales pitch.....& I interupted him him with "How much is the monthly monitoring fee??
The guy babbled about how "free" the equipment is....BUT could not give me a "service" price !!!
Yeah, right .....serviced  by some gomer in a garage....that has your credit card number   ??

I'm SURE this is a scam / phishing racket....trying to get a credit card numbers.   I just  HUNG UP !!

These people keep calling no matter what you say, so I treat myself to a moment of abusing them each time now.  I press one, they start their spiel, and I see how quickly I can offend them.

These people from security solutions call daily.   I requested to have my phone number removed but they continue to call and now its an automated message saying I won a free home security system.

This number calls any times a day. Have asked them to stop calling but they call anyway.

If I don't know the number I let it go to my voice mail.  They did not leave a message.  I am getting sick and tired of these phone calls.

Keep calling day after day after day from different numbers showing a city/state on caller id... today was Armour, SD, yesterday was Ogden, UT, day before was Rock Springs, WY... refuse to take you off call list... tried pressing #2 (one recording says hit #9 to be removed), tried talking to people and just hang up on you if want removed.  Going to keep this crap up until someone agrees to a demonstration and whoever shows up leaves with a pop-knot on their head.

I've been getting these calls also.  Tried pressing 2 to get them to stop calling.  Tried calling the number to try to speak to someone who could take my number off there system.  When I called, I got the message saying that the number was disconnected!

The recorded messages starts with "Don't hang up, this is not a sales call." and then try to sell a security system. Press 1 to be connected and press 2 if you don't want to protect you and your family. When I called the number back to ascertain the name of the business, the number was disconnected. I filed a complaint on the do not call registry anyway.  Without the name of the business or a correct telephone number, I don't know how they can investigate this solicitation violation.

They start with "Don't hang up.  This is not a sales call." and then try to sell you a security system with absurd scare tactic language.  You wait until you can talk to a person (who starts with "Congratulations!") and when you start to tell them to remove you from their calling list they hang up on you.

Jerks.

They were trying to sell a home security system.  automated call.  the second option is "press 2 if you are not interested in protecting your home or family".  What a joke!

Receive calls from these people all the time - never did business with them before and am on the "do not call" lists.
