Call me everyday. If its premier bank, I do not have an account with them and never have. My husband does. They first call him and then me. Stop it already. Im not the account holder so dont call me about my husbands problems..... they never leave messeges either....

These people merrick bank keep calling me about my husbands bill. Theres nothing I personally can do about it. So stop calling me. Deal with him and him only. You cant go to jail over a credit crd debt. So dont try that scam either.

RUDE CALLER DEMANDING CONTACT WITH AN EX-EMPLOYEE WHEN ADVISED PERSON NO LONGER WORKED AT LOCATION. AND CONSTANTLY CHALLENGING  DUTY OFFICER INSISTING ON TALKING WITH MANAGER. WHEN TOLD WHAT WAS REQUIRED.

Got a call from this # on my cell phone just now. Message was left saying... "Nikki I am with Premier Credit Card Company. Need you to call back as the offers are only available today. Nikki, give us a call regarding this"

I have been receiving calls daily from this number. They call my cell phone which is a number no one should have. They always leave a message for someone other then me.

How do you block this number from calling? I've tried everything but threaten them, and they still call?

These people keep calling me and asking for Marcia Hodges. Sometimes they leave a message saying it's for Marcia and please call back. No matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong number, there is no Marcia here, I've never even met a Marcia, they won't stop calling. Is there some way to legally prove that Marcia Hodges is not at this number and make them stop calling??

This number would call a few times a week and leave a message on my phone for my husband. Mind you my voicemail clearly states my name in my female voice. They start off by stating my husbands first AND last name then goes on to say "there are still several options available to you for your premier bank card but you do need to call by the end of today" then they give the same number they called with to call them back at.
Today I decided enough is enough, they called this evening @ 6:03pm I answered saying "This is(my name)" He clearly herd me say my name and still had the nerve to ask "(my husband's name)?" I said "No this is (my name)" he said "Oh sorry, I must have the wrong number" then very slyly with out missing a beat quickly fallowed with "so you don't know (my husbands name)?" That pissed me off! So what if I know him? This isn't his number and obviously if he wanted to talk to you he would have called you! ugh! So I lied and said a simple "no" the caller said casually "so sorry please excuse the ring" I didn't acknowledge his sorry and simply said "bye bye" and hung up.
I hope they don't call back but if they do I'll re-post with an update.

I only recieved the call once so far, but like everyone has said, no message. This is my work line and who knows who they are looking for.
I will plan to call this credit/collection agency if I do get more.

I have received repeated calls from 605 884 4130 and I have repeatedly said that the person they seek, who is not me and who has never lived here, but they persist in calling. What can be done to end this harassment?

It is Premier Bank Card.. they call under unknown number for months on my cell and then they finally forget to block the number.
