I GOT THIS SAME MESSAGE IF IT WAS LEGIT IT WOULD BE WROTE TO YOU NOT DEBTOR.

I received an email from the following address: advcashservices@gmail .com. Here is the body of the message:

This is in reference to your Account number 6038-28 with Advance Cash Services in order to notify you that after making several calls to you on your phone number, we were not able to get hold of you. So the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) has decided to mark this case as a flat refusal and press charges against you.

Your account with Advance Cash Services is in Final Collections. According to our records, your outstanding balance is $847.00

Do revert back if you want to get rid of these legal consequences and make a payment arrangement within the next 48 hours or else the case will be downloaded against you.

The opportunity to take care of this voluntary is quickly coming to an end. We would hate for you to lose the option of resolving this before it goes to the next step which is a Lawsuit against you, but to do so you must take immediate action.

As we have shared with you in previous letters, read your loan agreement; the next step is clearly defined. It could cost us both a great deal of time and money; you can avoid this by taking care of this now and call us on (607) 264-2015.

If you do not take immediate action:

SAME MESSAGE VERBATIM FROM MATT BUT FROM ACS LAW GROUP.  DUDE MUST NOT BE A GOOD LAWYER AS HAVING A HARD TIME HOLDINGVA POSITION WITH SEVERAL "LAW FIRMS" THIS YEAR.

I get this email all the time. I think what everyone should do is get together and call them after 10 PM and keep calling them to bother them while they are feeding their Camels. That will get someone's attention. Keep trying Mr. Williams I can give you Mickey Mouse's information and you can bother him.

I got the same email at my work email... these guys are a real pain in the butt... when will they learn!!!!!

I got the same email but at the end of the email is states To safely unsubscribe or modify your subscription settings please click here and when you do it gives the name of the company NIMBUS ADCOM PRIVATE LIMITED, this company is located in Dehli, India. These people are  trying to take your hard earned money.

Fast forward to June 11th and it's now coming from Mark Smith.  I guess Matt Williams didn't close enough cases and they had to hire a new law firm and Sr. Investigation Officer.  Although, oddly enough, the phone number is the same.  Haha.

It used to be Matt Williams from NCS law and now it's Mark Smith from Anderson Law Group.  Do they really think that will fool us???  Ooooo - I'm so scared now.  NOT.

I also got the same email! This is a total scam! I'm going to report them ASAP! Don't fall for it!

I got the same email only they say that they are from Anderson Law Group with this number 607-264-2015. File a complaint with IC3 and delete them.

I also got the same email. I have recieved these in the past. IT IS ALL A SCAM. Don't open the images, it will prone your email address to hackers & thieves. Obviously, the Indians, Arabians, Bosnians, Russians-Etc don't know any better. Don't call, don't do anything. JUST DELETE IT. lOOK OUT FOR YOURSELF. It is your money. Keep it to yourself.

I got my today here what my sayWe are talking about the loan amount of $300.00 that you took with the company Advance Cash America which has now gone up to $798.89, they do have a signed copy of the contract which is signed under your e-mail address, also would like to mention your computer's IP address and your SSN was also traced when you were signing the contract with the company.

                         

The company have more than 14 technical evidence in order to prove the money was successfully deposited into your bank account.

These e-mails are thought (by BBB) to be originating in New York state.

To report them to NY authorities see:   http://www.ag.ny.gov/debt-settlement/debt-collection-companies

This looks to me like something close to extortion.

Also contact your local attorney general.
