When they call you, just play along. Tell them you have $7,000 or more in credit debt, and give them phony card number, name, birthday. After they come back to you that number is not right, tell them

"I am messing with you, get me off from the calling list"

If enough of us do this, they will probably rethink calling us continuously!

This is a scam, and the scammers pay shills like this crook to try to trick you into visting their websites.

Nobody subscribes, nobody unsubscribes, and there are no prizes unless you think junk phones calls are a prize. Their intent to is steal money and identity, and they're working hard at it before they get shut down.

HARRASSING CALLS 4 TIME AND MORE PER DAY

The criminals behind this operation do not come to this site and even if they did they would have no intention of removing someone that posts here.
I use this site to pass on information that I have gathered and hopefully it will give some insight into these criminal operations. I'm just a poor ignorant uneducated country boy from backwoods Wisconsin who has received more than 300 calls from these scum sucking criminals.

Just a note that WCA Subscriber Services is a different scam than the "Lower your credit card interest rate" scams. However they do share the same phone numbers, so who knows if there is some hidden connection.

Good luck with that. The bad news is there are thousands of complaints about this company not stopping the calls not to mention the unresolved complaints from the BBB that can't find a legitimate address for the company. All that can be found is a UPS drop box (The UPS Store #4567 -   2643 Gulf Bay Blvd Suite 1560-411, Clearwater, FL 33759) or a virtual office in Las Vegas (Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC  3651 Lindell Road, Suite D  Las Vegas, NV 89103) with a receptionist answering the phone for multiple non-existent companies.

You are dealing with a company that is owned by a woman in India and registered in Cyprus. If you request to be removed from their calling list and the calls persist then you should continually file complaints with your Attorney Generals office and also file with:

JACKSON ? The Mississippi Public Service Commission has fined a Nevada company $20,000 for violations of the Mississippi ?No-Call? law and rules associated with enforcing the law.
Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced the fine. Presley says the fine was against Worldwide Commerce Associates, LLC of Carson City, Nev.
Presley says Worldwide Commerce Associates violated the law by failing to register and purchase the state?s ?No-Call? list. The company also allegedly called people on the list and used an automated dialing system to communicate with consumers.
The company shall be prohibited from making any calls as a telephone solicitor in Mississippi until the fine is paid in full.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.

Have had two calls today from this number today.  I think it's from "Ann" but sounds like the Rachel script.  The first time, I spoke to someone, and said I am on the Do Not Call list, and not to call again.  The other end disconnected my call, did not acknowledge what I had said.  Second time, apparently others were either falling for a scam or trying to irritate the callers, because I was put on hold awhile before I finally disconnected myself.
This number did not even pretend to give an option to discontinue the calls.  Unfortunately, their promise that this is my last opportunity failed to be true, since call #2 had the same message as the first.

It's not Verizon - I get these regularly, & I'm with AT&T.  You just have to keep track of the dates & times they call, & the numbers they call from, and keep reporting them.  The DNC & FCC get enough data, they can shut down the number, & if they can track the company, they can sue them.  If they shut down the phone numbers enough times, it starts getting less profitable for these scumbags to continue their "business".

I dont need junk calls taking up time on my cell phone. It needs to stop.

I received a call from this number. I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number.  No message was left.

I have received calls from this number 9-26, 10-2, 10-3, and again today, 10-5. The caller ID says it is from Ithaca, New York. I called the number. They say they are "WCA Subscriber Services" and that this line for subscribers only and they do not recognize my number as a subscriber. There is an option to enter your phone number and supposedly you will be removed from their system within 7-10 days.

I get these calls all the time on my cell from the same number (607-330-5668). pretty annoying.

I just called and did their automated system to not call my number anymore. Says to give them 7 days to remove it.  We shall see if it works or not.

They call every week on my cell phone and have been doing so for over a year. They had been calling my home number for 2 years until I had the number changed. Don't bother complaining to them and asking them to take your number off their list-they become irate and swear at you. I am sure they get your number FROM the Do Not Call list. I didn't bother registering my new number on that list. So far, no calls. B*****ds. Every last one of them.

Received a call this afternoon (Oct 4 2012) from this number.  It was a pre-recorded message, saying it was "Rachel from Cardholder Services", saying they could lower my interest rate on my credit cards as low as 6.9%.  Press 1 to speak to [an operator or cust service rep, I don't recall exactly].  No other options were noted.  I pressed 1, got a live person, and said politely that I wanted my number put on their Do Not Call list. The guy said he had neither my number nor a do not call list.  I repeated my request, noting that it was required that they maintain one.  He repeated that he did not have a do not call list.  We repeated this back-and-forth one more time.  I noted that I would be reporting this number, and hung up.  I'll be reporting this call to fcc.gov also.  I've received it before, and I report with as much detail (including date, time and number) as I can.  I encourage you to do the same.

Got a call from WCA (607) 330-5668. Called back to inform them that my number was on the National Do Not Call Registry. DJ answered, when I explained to him that this number was on the Do Not Call List and that if WCA proceeded to call it again I would file a complaint. On that word DJ hung up and it appears my number has now been blocked by them.  So we filed a complaint with the FCC.

Just got a call from this number and didn't answer as always. Thank goodness for this service - I look up the phone numbers before answering, and don't answer if I find the number on this site. Unfortunately my phone doesn't allow me to block calls, so I assigned yet another number a "Silence" ringtone. I agree with everyone that it would be nice to stop these annoying calls. I've never had any luck with reporting them.

I am so annoyed with the above number and someone named Rachel calling our home probably 3 times per day.  Twice I let the call go through and pressed No. 1; and asked them to stop calling, and of course they hang up.  Disgusted!!!!  It's all about seeing how to "lower your interest rate".

Someone from this number calls at least 3 times a week and ask about lowering my interest rates.  When I tell them I have a zero balance they hang up.  Today I asked to speak with manager when I got a human on the line.  I was told no, that the caller would be able to help me.  As soon as I explained what has happened every time and that I would like my number removed he hung up.  I have call the number back repeatedly & it does let me put my number in to be removed but it still has not.

I get these calls three and four times a day so I hit one and told the guy to please take me off their call list and he told me that he would think about it, I was so shocked at what he said that I said excuse me and he told me again he would think about it and I told him that I wanted my name off their calling list and he replied to me that there were things he wanted to but didn't get them and hung up on me. I received a call yesterday and told the lady that I had asked to be removed and she hung up on me. Now everytime they call I'll press 1 and they just hang up on me. I'm really tired of the bull*hit.

I have received several of these calls. I am on a 'Do not call' list but apparently nothing seems to work. I have tried calling them back but keep getting a recording 'Sorry we missed your call' and mentioning that every time I pick up the phone my name is automatically entered into a cash giveaway contest. So how do they know my name. I did receive a call last year sometime telling me that I won a cash prize but I didn't follow through when I was asked what bank I used.

If they're telemarketers, just answer the phone, put it down and walk away.  Or don't walk away...let them hear your conversations and understand that they're wasting their time.  It may cost you a few minutes, but you'll never get a call from them again.
