Not a Problem. You idoits just don't have a clue. All they are trying to do is VERIFY the changes to your charge order. DUH. Best thing in protecting someone from making changes without your knowledge. DUH.

Found out it was Time Warner advising me of an upcoming appointment. I have no issue with such call except that they could have identified themselves on the call first. Then I would not have had to check internet.

Let them call you.
Get the persons name and write it down.
Ask for the supervisor.
Do the same thing, again and make a note to them that you are writting it all down.(Do that)
Ask them for the return phone number.
Tell them that you no longer wish for them to call you, ever again.
Tell them that you have their name and number and if they ever call you again they will work for you, or at least thats what your attorney said. Thank them, and say goodbye.
If they call you again get the name and number again and call a good lawyer.
Sue them for all they're worth.

This number is outgoing only and is Time Warners harassing advertising system. Most of the time it hangs up on you... The B*****ds at Time Warners Central Office has promised to put an end to the calls for over a year. I've talked to manager on top of manager. What a bunch of incompetent idiots. I'm going to try a lawyer to get this to stop.. I do know they have all my multiple calls filing complaints on record. Maybe a lawsuit will help..
