This Alex Rogers almost got me too,with numerous callings and arrest theats etc. This a***ole had me so upset I thought I was gonna have another heart attack, I have C.H.F as of 3yrs. ago. I wish I could run into him to knock him with my cane! Our cash advance co. aren't fair to let out our private imformation, he new my card #, bank, SSn, Adress, everything, E-mail, only the cash advance co knew. All I could say IS BE AWARE PEOPLE, IT'S A DOGGY -EAT-DOG WORLD WE LIVE IN!

Just got a call today for a lady named ann, now i usually get calls about or for this lady on the regular but this one was by far the worst i have ever experienced in my life. I get the call at about 9:00 in the morning my time and as i answer this guy with a heavy accent comes on and says he is looking to speak with ann as soon as i heard that i hung up. He called back immediately and asked me why i hung up? Excuse me this is my phone first of all second who the hell are you? he proceeds to tell me ann this ann that i repeated to tell him i dont know ann and that my name is on the dnc list and to take my name out of this list, he then tells me that if i want to get my name removed from the list i had to pay 500 dollars! WTF i cannot believe this s*** how can someone call me and harass me this much and when im asking them to please remove me from the list they say they cant do unless i give them 500 dollars? this is outrageous im going to do some serious research on this company because my phone is recorded at all times i will be pursuing this.

Well he's calling my job and leaving threatening calls on my voice mail. I just laugh at him. He's using frank fritz now. The last one I reported and they stopped calling.

I got the the same call but the name is Alex Rogers. I ask for all the the information and he give it to me and the information did not match and I told him that. well if you trust Google then go head but it will help you when I get arrested.

I got a call from this number yesterday (March 4th 2013). This person left me a VM message saying his name is Loyd Martin (I think. The only part of his name I could make out was MARTIN). In the VM message he didn't tell me what this was in regards to. Just telling me he needs me or my atturney to call him. I called back and talked to someone else. This person would not tell me what this was in regards to. All he would tell me was I was gunna be going to jail. When I told him that by law he has to tell what I'm being charged with he told me that he was gunna have my local PD at my house to arrest me and he hung up. Yes both persons had very bad english, very hard to understand. Then He called me again at 7am this morning (March 5th 2013). What I find interesting was the VM message he left this morning was the exact same as the VM message he left the day b4. I called back this morning and then I was told about a loan that I had gottn and never paid back. When I told him I never took out any kind of loan he hung up. I tryed calling back and got a VM saying "The Magic Jack Customer......................." I left a VM message.

I got a call stating I need to call my attorney , I had to call the numer given and speak to there  attorney, same number. I Called them back and saidI was REPORTING THEM, they hung up.

are they still calling you, he has starting calling me and asking me personal questions too that are noneof his business.

I had a guy call TWICE so far named David Miller stating I should have my attorney at my side when I call back.  He said this was a time sensitive matter and if I do not have an attorney by me he cannot control what will happen to me and he wishes me luck.  Did not leave a company name just a phone number of 607-595-0978. This is a call back number he left on my voice mail. I refuse to return the call to these idiots.

I got a phone call from a David Miller. No company name but same number. He said my attorney should contact him immediately or else I will be having a very bad day. This was on voice mail.  This is all just big bs.  Don't listen to them!

I received a phone call and they were threatening me and wanted to talk to my attorney. They also said that I would loose my job.

I got a call today and he sayings he is with usa legal service and it wos the sam guy as last friday. and i have not got a payday lown i tryed to this guys need to be pick up and thown out of usa

I don't answer numbers I don't recognize, so I looked up this number online after the same threatening message was left on my voicemail-only in my case he said his name was "David Miller".  When I told him that I did not believe that he was "David Miller" and that he was, in fact, a scammer, and that his ploys were posted online, he became hostile. When he mentioned the warrant out for my arrest, I told him that there was no warrant and he was trying a scare tactic on me-which resulted in yelling and cursing. Oh and he hung up on me.

Got the call for the past few day heavy indian accent and demands to call him back or my attorney for a important issue. I had this a few months ago and he went away so back at it again You need to get a better tactic because this one isn't working. Everyone has caught on to your scam.  I have reported him to the better business bureau and FBI and they are already onto him. Soon he will be caught and stop harrassing hard working americans and stop trying to steal thier money.  Go get a job.

I got a call from an indian accent and no company name. He said not to avoid this call and if I do GOD HELP ME AND HAVE A BLESSED DAY.

I got a call from this person the afternoon saying blessed and god help me if I avoid this call. He was indian but no name and have no idea what company he is from.

This guy has been calling my daughter at her work all day long with one threat after another.  He also called the house and left a very threatening message that he attorney needed to call and that all he could do is wish her good luck as the situation unfolds on her and may God help her.  Scary stuff!!!!  How do we stop this!!!  She is getting in trouble at work for him calling there.

A guy ,his name Alex Rodgers said that I needed my lawyer to contact him. That i was being charged with check fraud and that US CASH ADVANCE were pressing charges against me. He told me that I was going to be arrested if I didnt return his call that all he could do was wish me good luck and god bless. I called him back and he said he had many case files with peoples who were pressing charges against me for check fraud and money was to be taken from my bank account. He had all my information - my social security number , my bank account number. When i told him that the number he called me from was onthe web for and had many complaints for being a scam he said he has been using this number for 2yrs and hasnt been caught yet. I told him so what do you want how much??? He said  he never asked me for money. I told him I wasnt going for what he had to say and to lose my number and do not call me again. and i wished him good luck and i will wait to be arrested. And better luck next time . and hung up on him as he was trying to convince me  that this was no scam.

This number keeps calling me tellibg me they are gonna taking me to court for an outstanding loan on guthrie federal credit union for $5239.80 I called the banl and they said its a scam how do I get it to stop?

A man called and left a message this morning. He said his name was David Williams, or something like that, in a very thick Indian accent. He said that I needed to take this call very seriously and return it immediately. He stated that it had to do with fraud and bad debt. After wishing me a very sarcastic good luck, he called on God to bless me and take care of me as the world fell in on me.

I got the same message this morning, complete with good luck wishes and "...May God help you..."
I'm tempted to call back, just to see if he will call me an old lady and tell me to shut up, but I got some calls like this a few weeks ago and reported them to the FBI and FTC. I think I'll do the same here.
BTW, the name I heard (if I heard right) was David Williams. Coincidentally(?). the last similar calls I got also seemed to be using the last name Williams; it's hard to tell because the accent is so thick. And I'm usually very good at wading through thick accents.
Anyway, FBI and FTC here I come.

I received a call from some guy with an Indian accent. I kept hanging up on him for 3 times because I got this harrasement call b4 looking for money regarding some Pay day loan I supposedly owed. Never heard of this so called PDL so I just hung up. THIS IS A SCAM

this number called me at work and of course I acted as if I was the secretary saying "can I take a message for her"?  Michael Brown with a very heavy Indian accent claimed he was with American Law something or other and that I needed to call back about a very urgent personal business matter - HEY MORON!  If you really are with a collection agency or something of that nature, you can't leave messages like that!  I hate stupid people

I heard from police that they are Pakistan using a router to go through the U.S.  they also have access to personnal information and called my work!  They have been calling for months, stating that there is a warrent out for my arrest and then later on saying that they are a loan company offering five thousand dollars,  It is really nothing except a pain. Police said to keep a monitor on credit report and inform them of any changes.  I also changed my number!

He been calling me for two weeks. i just kept hanging up in hid face because i knew i did nothing wrong. until today when he called me saying he's DEXTER CRUISE. i told him that i was calling my local police and give them his supposed to be name and number. I also had some voicemails he left. saying basicallythe same thing he said to you guys.

I recieved more than 10 phone calls in the last 2 days form a man with a very heavy accent. He asked for a name that does not exist in my household "Francis Jasmine" . He left numerous messages stating that if my attorney or I did not call back that all he could do is wish me good luck as the situation unfolds on me and may God help me..... LOL

SCAM, Obviously! I called the number and it said that Officer Alex Roger's mailbox was full. Looking at these posts.... this is an ongoing scam.

i just got a phone call from officer alex rodgers he told me that i had a complaint from a company against my ss num he did tell me my ss num but i never let him know it was mine i hung up on him 3 times and then he threatened me that he was sending a police officer out to arrest me i called back to talk to his supervisor and he called me  AN OLD LADY  AND THEN TOLD ME TO SHUT UP
