Contacted today by a man with Indian accent indicating he was Officer Logan, Officer Cooper & etc., Cash net and that I needed to repay my payday loan with his company.  I have never had a loan through them EVER.  He said he was with the United Nations Legal Dept part of the Attorney General Office.  He said if I didn't pay then they would contact the police and have me served with papers plus arrested.  I told him BRING IT ON! Since I have done nothing wrong I am not afraid of his threats.  Cash net also has a lot of complaints on their website regarding fraud.  That's all this is...FRAUD by these people trying to manipulate others.  I hope people don't fall for their scam.

Just recieved calls stating they were senior lawyers with the U.S. Justice Dept. Sounded fishy so I contacted the State Attorneys office in Honolulu. They confirmed that it was not a call from the U.S.D of J.  Frauders!   Aloha

Received phone calls from  607-595-1741 and 516-938-7338 they are calling from the State Credit Office and need all my Information because someone in my family ows money and they wrote my phone number down to pay for it. Come on

This number has called to speak with my brother in law every single day 3-4 times a day. Whenever I said that he was not here they would hang up on me. Eventaully I said that I was him and even though my voice is clearly not a mans voice they told me that someone had filed a law suite against him and that he needed to send them money to clear this up before he was taken to court. I told them that they could call our family attorney and the man replied "why would I need to talk to him" I explained to him that if someone has filed a law suite then the attorney would handle it. We have not heard from them since. this is a scam to get money.

same thing happened to me and my husband today but my husband found about the scam while he had them on the phone and told them that he was going to call and report them and started telling them that they and scam artists and the man hung up on my husband.

my mother just recived a call from Mark Brown at 607-595-1741 claiming that she was used a reference for majic jack. the lady didnt pay her bill and now he is harrassing my elderly mother. I just called the same number and he said he was coollecting for the company. He said he would see my mother in court. I told him that they are con artist to leave people alone. I am reporting them ASAP

I have been getting calls from this # at my work and at home.  Threating my co-workingers telling them that they are going to be in alot of trouble if they do not let him talk to him.  Again the same a foreigner named Mark Williams( who can't hardly speak english) give me a break.  Leave messages on my work phone and home saying that there is a lawsuit against me and my ss# as well.  
How do we get these people to stop?  No matter how many times we tell them to stop calling they won't!

hi i just got calls from this number for my husband...i told them i would take care of this asked what it was about told me it was a pay day loan i told them i already contacted my bank and that there was never a pay day loan i had received calls last week from a number in california 707 681 6108 about the same thing and contacted the sanfrancisco fbi office who told me that this was nothing but a scam and not to send any money.  the man i talked to today called from 607 595 1741 i told that i had contacted my bank no loan was ever deposited and that i have been in contact with the FBI and that if he called my house again i would have no choice but to come after them legally.  i hung up on him he called back i asked him what part of don't call me again did he miss, i wil not be harassed by these calls he told me i would have to come to court i asked him where he said the new york court house...really like there aren't more than one court houses in new york.  At least we know these scam artists aren't very intelligent.  the fbi had told me to either call the phone company and have the # blocked or contact your local law enforcement so i hope this helps you

This foreigner named Mark Williams (right, an African named Mark Williams) called me threatening me and recited my SS# stating that there was a lawsuit against me and my SS#.  First off, who calls you and recites your SS#?  He claims to be an Assistant Attorney with Martenese or Nartanese Legal Dept.  This call is coming from Binghamton, NY and when you call the # back you get another foreigner's VM named "Robert".  Why do we continue to allow them to get away with all of their scams?

Someone called asking for my son-in-law stating that he is in big trouble.  How they got my number, my name and my son-in-laws name is scary to me.  
What can I do to stop this?  I received at least 3 of these calls already.

Called my job & said they were calling from the Attorney General's office re: a loan (that I have never taken out).  He said his name was Thomas Marks (a very American name for someone with such a heavy Indian accent).  He said that they are suing me for failure to repay this loan.  I asked him who the loan was with & he said they have over 831 companies.  I then asked him how much it was for & other details & he told me I should know this information.  As soon as I asked him to fax me some type of information he hung up.  This scam is full of sh*t.

They have been calling me for the last month. They call my work aleast 3 times a day and my cell. Claiming I owe money for a bill that was discharged in Bankruptcy two years ago. They are very threaten. How do I get them to stop and suggestions?

They are doing the same thing to me.  One day I owe them $498 the next its $298.  THey want me to give them my credit card info over the phone but they cant send me paperwork showing I owe money.....
