This number is fact a NYS dept of labor examiner number which I received a call regarding Unemployment  Benefits. They are in NO hurry to complete your case, it been since August 18, 2011 and here it is August 31, 2011 no word or letter. How long do they think a person can last with any Unemployment  Benefits, especially when the employer is a crook and known to be dishonest with their employees and customers.  Atlantic Testing Labs

I got  a call from this number and never answered I checked the area code and it gave me the Binghamton area and the Dept of Labor is in the NYS capital area Albany. I never gave them my cell number. So how would they call me?

I too received a call this morning by a man named john pusuculus from the dept. of labor asking to call back or else my unemployement insurance will be terminated.  I'm concerned this is linked to a scam because like the previous post - when i call 1888-209-8124 - there is no prompt to dial his extension 3073.
